I'm really disappointed in this government, yes I'm a young but i really can't be that heartless to see other Kenyans are barely surviving but SRC is more concern about the salary increments while poor tax payer have no better roads, Youths have no jobs, bodaboda guys barely make it to pay out their loans. All Kenyans hoped Ruto will atleast make it conducive for common mwananchi.... Lakini wapi....... ONLY GOD KNOWS

Why should the tax payers even subsidize legislators cars and houses at 3%. The govt spends billions subsidizing these cars and houses and no Kenyan can get such rates. Mps need to buy their own cars and houses like any other Kenyan at Market rates. No more govt issued vehicles and subsidized housing. This is the problem legilsators are one of the highest paid in Africa and on top of hat get a sitting allowance why get paid a sitting allowance while also getting a salary? only in Kenya. Legislators are so far removed from the ordinary Kenyan struggles thats why they can even think of taxing bread, sanitary pads and removing school feeding programs. This money saved should go to fund school feeding programs all over the country and no child should go to school hungry . A hungry child can not learn on an empty stomach.
