@jessepresley, Sone people carry different guns based on activity, places, and clothes they wear. My CCW when I wear suit in office is different with what I carry when I hangout with friends. Even holsters type are different. IWB Appendix type holster, OWB side carry and armpit holster for suit.
I've been in law enforcement since 1987 and my agency transitioned from the S&W 686 to Glocks in 1993 and we never looked back. I wouldn't buy a Glock as a fun gun but as a fighting pistol they are still hard to beat. I purchased a Glock 19 Gen 5 in 2017 and carry it on and off duty and probably will until I retire in 2030. Thanks guys for another great video.
I retired in ‘97 w/30 yrs on the job and I’d recommend taking your pension ASAP. Life as a working cop today is not worth the risk of being fired & prosecuted to appease some political agenda.
I'm a glock guy. It is all shooters preference. That being said if glock started to start using better grip texturing, a better trigger (ie their performance trigger), and some better sights...That would be dope.
Keep looking for Glock to move forward, keep the reliability, with a better grip angle, and better factory trigger that would be a big win for Glock faithful. I heard the 19x is nice but haven’t had the opportunity to run one.
Crazy how all of that come standard on most sigs. Why do people only complain about getting glock knuckle and glock thumb, no one says "i got sig knuckle"? Maybe thats because sig uses an ergonomic grip, not some boxy grips designed in the 1980s that isn't meant to fit right in a normal human hand.
I really like the Glock factory trigger, most people don't believe me when I tell them I shoot faster with a stock Glock than my Staccato til we go to the range together lol. But yah a better texturing and better steel sights should be standard on all Glock models.
Whenever Gen 6 rolls around it should include the performance trigger standard. There's some inherent reasons that glock triggers are worse than most other guns, namely that the glock safe action is sort of a "one and a half action" rather than a typical single-action striker. This is a perhaps a good thing if you carry appendix pointed at your nuts all day, but there's no reason it cant be improved.
Agreed I switched to Sig about 5-6 years ago and over never had an issue with either Sig or my Glocks, but I definitely prefer the Sig ergonomics and their triggers, which a P365 or a P320 is my everyday, but I keep a Glock because if anything ever happens they’ll be Glock mags everywhere. Also something that don’t get mentioned often is man mag changes on the Sig are so much easier than the Glock mags that almost always stick.
Glock needs mods to reach sigs factory quality. My stock P320 is far more accurate than glock and of course there’s the ergos!! Thousands of rounds and not one malfunction yet…one of the only firearms I can say that about (referring to my P320 only). Im sure glock is a great firearm considering its vast following but I’ll never know.
As an Engineer Glock was a genius. Researched firearms and designed his own and hit it out of the park on his first try. He also Designed it For Manufacturability (DFM).
To this day, though, it's clear he wasn't a shooter, and he didn't ask any for feedback. With a plastic frame, it's pretty easy and cheap to tweak the ergonomics, which all the other European companies did with theirs.
thanks on the informative review. I have been (1995) shooting 1911 custom pistols for mannnny years. I carried Micro 1911 Springfield 45ACP for mannnny years. 2000 I tried G17 gen.3 and another G17 gen.4. Hated the grip angle/sights/trigger. Loved the accuracy/capacity/dependability. 2023 I tried SIG P365 X Macro. Liked trigger/capacity/sights. Personally I have not had issue switching from Glock to 1911, BUT have not been in a life or death situation. my EDC is the G17. I just trust the simplicity/ dependability/ capacity AND not HAVING A THUMB AND GRIP SAFETY TO DEAL WITH IN A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION. I still take all of them to the range several times a Month to practice. When I gear up EDC. I do a few dryfires to confirm where things are. I think no matter what you carry. That is the key.
I have two 320s and several Glocks (gen 1, 4 and 5). There are several things i like better on the Sig but I'll carry the Glock because of its reliability. Plus, i like the lower bore axis and I'm used to the grip angle. The 19X is my favorite.
Yeah, I switched from Sig P226 to G19 and definitely noticed the grip pitch difference and find I have to correct every time I draw with the Glock I have to bring it down to get on target. Otherwise I love both systems.
The glock angle does a better job of locking your wrist when gripped correctly, but the the sig angle seems to be more intuitive. I think the biggest issue is when you have both; it's hard to have muscle memory for two different systems.
I saw a video recently in which they explained how to naturally pull up each grip type. They said with most grips, you point with your index finger. With a Glock, you point with your thumb. Changed everything for me when switching between the two.
I own seven 100% flawlessly running P320 variants and love 'em all! As far as Glock goes... I just skipped all the requisite modifications to bring the gun out of the '80s and bought a Shadow Systems MR920 instead. 🤷🏾♂️
I heard all the big hype on the break in on the 320 so when I got my first one soon as I got home I put 500 rounds through it even though I had zero issues it made me feel better not my wrist but my mind nice video
I own both, but I’ve owned my glock since 2011 it’s been my edc and only thing I’ve done to it is upgrade the spring because it was worn out after close to 6k rounds. Once I have as many rounds through the sig I’ll give my opinion. Until then, happy shooting gents.
I’m not very familiar with Sigs, but everyone I know that has one loves it. I have a gen 3 Glock 19 and also a walther PPQ, when comparing those two my walther smokes the Glock. Especially since I’m a lefty, the walther out of the box needs nothing except maybe trit sites, whereas my Glock needed a few hundred bucks added to it. I also find the Glock uncomfortable, the walther is extremely comfortable and the trigger is amazing.
I switched to a G19 from a really nice 1911 because a Glock is a reliable tool and it didn't matter to me if it got kicked across the concrete, "lost" in an evidence locker, or left in a hostile environment. I've never understood the "Gucci" aspect to Glocks. It defeats the purpose (and reliability) IMO.
Some people want to build something better. Overwatch or Johnny Glocks triggers are reliable. Lone wolf, killer innovations, Norsso barrels and slides are great. Personally I would use the strike frame Anderson or best the nomad defense lower definitely higher quality than a Glock. ARC slides are great to. Glocks MOS system is one of the bottom three worst optic systems. I can see why you would want to build your own Glock instead of buying and modifying. Especially a different slide.
Better is pretty subjective but Glock is incredibly simple. I'm bias because I shoot Glocks but I carried a P365XL for years which is a miniaturized version of the P320. I can absolutely tell you completely disassembling a P320/P365 is a pain in the ass. The FCU isn't really designed to be taken apart a lot like the trigger assembly of a Glock. Even the slide parts are extremely easy to work on, clean, replace and do your own work on with Glocks. This issue isn't even designated to Sigs. M&Ps, H&Ks, CZs, Caniks, Arex, IWI, anything that's not a Glock clone is a lot harder to work on imho. I can take a complete working Glock, tear it down to its basic components and put it all back together in the matter of 3-5 minutes depending on how much I might fumble. It took me 15 minutes just to take apart my FCU to change my trigger shoe on my P365XL. Glock wins for this reason imho.
I really like how the sig can flex up to a competition gun since you can take the fcu out and throw in a heavy x5 tungsten grip and now youre competitive in uspsa, so it can def be more versatile. It makes me want to own one, but im still running Glock
Yeah. Bought a Sig XTEN, because that FCU can go into a standard P320 grip module, so I can buy parts to have pretty much any caliber with that one FCU.
I bought a Glock way back in 86 for a contract security job I had coming up. It's been flawless I did change the trigger pull a little but but other than that it's a real shooter. I now have two more Glocks. I've heard several reports about some sigs going off when I shouldn't. That would keep me from buying one.
@@Vintage-Bobwhat makes it a sad way to make decisions? He made the right decision so it seems to work ok. If I was looking to buy a particular car, and I heard reports that model had burst into flames, I’d take it off my list.
"The Glock was the only semiautomatic to fail in a recent round of "drop tests," Mr. Pledger said. In those tests, guns were dropped to the floor from waist height to see if the impact caused them to fire. "In many cases, the Glock pistols will not pass the drop test," he said. "If you drop it exactly right, it can go off." The F.B.I., police departments in Los Angeles and Chicago, the California Highway Patrol and the Metro-Dade Police Department in Florida have banned Glocks for routine use by their officers, citing a range of safety and training problems. All these departments have selected other brands of semiautomatics instead" - New York Times, June 15, 1992
@@papimaximus95I read the whole article. It just seems like a bunch of nonsense said by people who are afraid of change. The fact is, there’s no credible reports of drop safety issues. Just some hearsay coming from guys who like their revolvers in the 90’s.
I also started with the P226 for work, loved that gun! Switched to Glock for work, loved that gun too. I like the P320 a lot as well, but now Im considering a SW M&P 2.0 compact as a G19 and P320 replacement, MP shoots great and so far very reliable. Like it better than the P320. Im still running G19 for mid size carry, and for smaller carry I like the P365XL. I dont have any major issues switching between grip angles. But, the G19 has to be the best overall for that ugly but reliable go bang tool for the job! All great guns, personal preference is all that matters.
I own both. This comment is accurate. The Glock 19x shoots flatter for me than my XCarry does. That said, trigger (first pull specially), and features (in Glock you have to go MOS) out of the box the Sig wins. Both have been equally reliable in my experience. Despite Sig giving the military a better deal than Glock, the Sig seems to have higher quality parts (except for the frame, I prefer Glocks polymer solution). Personally, I just shoot the Glock platform better.
I have a Glock. I thought about the SIG handgun line. I decided to go the S&W M&P route, which is what I carry now. That works better for me than either of these two options. Plus I do get to support a legendary American firearms company, which I feel isn't enough. No hate for Glock or SIG ( I have other SIG products, e.g. rifles) or anyone who chooses either one.
I’m a Glock guy, Glock 45 is the best model. I recently and reluctantly got into some sig pistols. I feel in love with the 365xl it replaced my shield plus. I picked up a 320 DH3 and my god is that pistol comfortable to hold in your hand. Extremely accurate and the trigger is definitely better than the Glock. But if I have to take one gun it will always be my G45
Fantastic comparison video. I own an actual contract Sig M18 w/ Romeo M17 and a Glock 19X milled with an RMR. I absolutely love both and shoot both well. I find myself rotating between both pretty equally. I've never been a 1911 guy or owned a 1911 -- but after buying the Brouwer M1811 grip module for the M18, it became my favorite. But I don't give that credit to Sig, I give it to Brouwer, lol. I never sold my Glocks 10-15 years ago when people were crying about "muh Glocknades!" or "muh Glockleg!" when Glocks were blowing up from shitty PD ammo and cops were shooting their legs. I'm not selling my M18 with cops literally doing the same shit, lol. I remember all of the conspiracies of "GLOCK IS SPENDING MILLIONS TO QUIET US, DONT LET THEM SILENCE US!" on various gun forums. And nowadays, it's people crying about Sig doing the same thing. RIdiculous. Both are safe. Both are fantastic and reliable. Both had issues with sights flying off and horribly trained cops shooting themselves upon adoption. Rent both and buy whatever you shoot best!
I started shooting 92Fs and West German P226s. Feel in love with Sig. I’ve tried to love Glock, shot a few different models and I just didn’t shoot well with them. I think that’s what it really boils down to. The ONLY guns I’ve had an issue with were M&P first gen. I had a full size and a compact and had to send both back to the factory for various issues including ejecting brass straight back into my forehead. I will say S&W was excellent and they repaired both guns very quickly. The only gun I sold that I really miss is my old S&W 4516. I think the best Sig I own is still my P228. Best balanced firearm I’ve ever shot.
Overwatch Precision triggers are great in Glocks, all stock glock internals with an option for NP3 coatings(the trigger shoe is the only change from OEM, shortens the pull by .24”). The company is run by active and ex military too, easy sell for me and no issues/failures to date from the two I own
Glocks aren’t super hard to build as long as you remain gen compatible but some parts are cross gen compatible But even still the 320 is definitely like an AR15 where it plays nicer with modularity and different grip modules and slides using the same FCU
I'm a long time sig guy, and shot a glock the other day for the first time in years, shot about 3-4 inches high until I adjusted for it. found it to be a real pain in the butt, also, hated the trigger. That said, if I started out years ago with Glocks I'd probably be the reverse. haha
I am very interested to hear the issue, as I switched from a Timney gold, which did not reset properly even with work. Only have dry fired the performance trigger and it seems perfect.
Which manufacturer did you get your gpt from? I just ordered one from the Glock store and a tungsten guide rod to reduce recoil for my 45 and now I’m kind of nervous hearing about the possibility of messing with the reliability
@TheOGHodor I was also curious about the issues he alluded to, but I do know that a dry GPT will become sticky feeling due to similar metals rubbing together at the connector/trigger bar interface. The instructions call for lube and I've never had a problem placing a drop every 500 or so rounds. Best factory Glock trigger ever.
I love my Sig 239, it's my go to EDC for summer. 8+1 and 3 mags, I don't feel under-gunned. During winter, Springfield XD-45 or Sig 320 X-Carry. 365 feels too small in my hand, haven't had much experience with 365s, but if I didn't already have a 320, I'd be persuadable
Hi. I am a 74 yo woman and I agree. It says that Glocks are over hyped junk. I started out with a Glock and 6 weeks later I got rid of that thing and went totally Sig Sauer. Just cheap pistols that in my humble oplnlon are cheap imitations of the real thing. The grip angle is a joke. The plastic parts are a joke. My front sight fell off and it was constantly jamming. Keep em'. By the way I now have 6 Sig's.
@@midgepfeffer711 Constantly jamming? You are either a liar or have no idea what you are doing. Being a 74 y/o female I'd say you don't know how to grip a gun. Learn how to use a tool before bashing it. It is 100% guarantee that YOU are the problem, not the gun.
I hated Glocks initially. I didn’t like the way they looked I never wanted to even try one. Our oldest Son came for a visit back from his Iraq deployment and we went to the local range. They had rentals. We rented the 357 S&W revolver and the Glock 19. We both fell in love with the Glock! Now I have several in different calibers and I've been EDC the G26 gen four for years now. Crazy how shooting a Glock changed my mind on Glock. I just wish they would upgrade the design more. I only carry stock pistols for EDC! Sig P365, & the XMACRO gave me choices but I always go back to my G26! Thanks for the review! Your reviews and the training tips Myles does has helped me greatly. God Bless Y'all...
i recently bought a Sig P320 C that i appendix carry concealed, it shoots well and really smooth and accurate.what flew away from the Sig when Coch racked the slide at 25:19 or shortly after? Cheers Coch and Dorr, you guys are top shelf.
I just watched a couple of news segment and police bodycam footages of P320s going off while holstered. Sig won most of the previous lawsuits despite glaring evidences just like the one I watched but they lost one recently.
I have a circa 1989 Glock 17 that has NEVER malfunctioned! I have semi retired the “old” Glock 17 and am carrying my “new” Glock 17 ( 1990 ) The second G17 also, has never malfunctioned…. They just work!
The new grit grips Glock 19 Gen 3 frame is really nice they took the grip angle from a 21 degree to a 18 degree grip angle full wrap around texture out the box it's really nice and feels good in the hand
Coming from a martial arts background, the glock angle doesn't bother me at all. In fact it could be a little steeper. When punching correctly and hitting with the first two knuckles, it lines up the bones and locks the wrist. The glock angel kinda does the same
I haven't had reliability issues with the 320. I have carried a P-320 Compact in .45 ACP for 2 years and fired many thousands of rounds thru it without a malfunction. A few things here: 1) Which gun do you shoot better? For some odd reason I can't put my finger on, I shoot the 320 really well and so does my wife. 2) The modular design with removable FCU makes the 320 super quick and easy to clean. 3) The trigger in the 320 is not far off from the Apex package in my M&P 2.0 Compact. All I added was a Talon grip and it's good to go. I have never been a Sig guy, but there's just something about this gun...
I’m a Glock guy..Glock and 1911.. I bought the Walther PDP pro and my Glocks sit around a lot now! That thing is super sweet out of the box! All the things you want to upgrade on a Glock, grip surface, sights, extended controls and trigger are 100% good to go on the PDP. Thanks for the content guys!
My favorite is still the often-ignored M&P. That being said I've been carrying a P365 since 2018. Have thousands and thousands of rounds through it. Enough rounds through it that it wore out the extractor and Sig replaced it under warranty. I have a 43X MOS as well but that P365 just disappears under a T-shirt and living in FL ease of concealment is a priority.
I have watched 22 seconds of the video. Ive reached my considerably educated conclusion. ITS ALWAYS BEEN THE G19. i dont need to tell anyone why. Its the Glock. Period.
Appreciate you guys. Please don’t change from your style. We don’t want garand thumb and we definitely don’t want gbrs. Keep doing you and being humble
P320 all the way, better trigger, better sights, better ergonomics, completely modular. All the Glock people can answer with is "high bore axis" and keep bringing up the drop fire problem resolved in 2017. If they only knew about the Glock "safety upgrades" all throughout the 90s.

As far as tricking out a glock I think frame work is the one thing it really needs.... a double undercut, thumb ledge and a stipple job... your set. That's all it really needs
I bought a used gen 2 Glock in 98 or 99 on the advice of a friend of mine. Everyone that's ever shot it, loved it. I put orange nail polish on the front site and people think that it's aftermarket... I have a brand new never used gen 4 still in the case in the safe. I'll use it when my other one wears out...
I think I paid $34 for my Glock 17 magazine at my local gun store...I have purchased many Glocks in my life and only 2 Sig Sauer pistols the Sig Sauer P32O & p365 xmacro comp I still own about 5 Glocks and Zero Sig Sauer pistols
Best video ever. I have both and my Glock is a beast. My P320 is doing everything dude said. The cycling part is my favorite part of the video, I was bout to sell mine until I saw this video. Now I know to keep practicing with it, and running rounds through it to break it in. Thank you soooooo much for this video.
Me and my brother are "Glock guys". But we use 17 and 19 of 3rd gen with 2kg Glock original connector. Ergonomy and comfort aside, trigger characteristic in those is in our opinion much better than gen 5 (which we also have) with the performance trigger. Our friend had SIG p320, it was nice, but not almost double the price nice. That's why he sold the SIG and bought 3rd gen Glocks, 19 and 17 instead. Besides, we experienced feeding issues with 3rd company mags for the SIG. And yeah, 1 mag for the SIG makes 2 for the Glock. Thnx for the viedo. Hard to find non-biased materials comparing the two handguns.
If my life is dependent on the weapon going bang every time Glock is my go to. As far as something that I will like to shoot then I would go sig, but it would have to be the P226, not sure I like the 320 as much. I do like the modularity of the 320.
226 is as reliable as any Glock it’s one of most proven combat handguns of all time if I needed a gun to save my life pistol it’s either Glock or 226. For sure not a 320
The only problem I have with SIG 365 is my support hand doesn’t grip right. My palm crushes my fingers trying to make contact with the grip and sometimes it jumps itself loose. I like the glock slide release set up but my thumb can’t reach it so i have to use pointer finger. I think they make paddles that extend further. I think combination of both pistols to make a hybrid is the solution!
I have never been a “gun nerd” or a “fan-boy” for anything but I love both. I still have my grandfather’s first generation 17 from about 1986 and guess what, yup, every time. I was carrying a 43X off the clock and switched to a 365 and shoot it better. The reason I got rid of the 43X was a vanity issue based on the cerakote being applied by a third party and it was wearing off quickly. I don’t disagree with anything here I have always said people who are critical of Glock did so for petty reasons and nothing they could really articulate. I have a few Glocks my favorite is the 19X and I have the M17, M18, and the P365 subcompact and just upgraded to the 365X slide with the factory optic from Sig and I am learning how to shoot with my eyes open (pistols) I have run optics on the M-4 and it’s a little different but I know it’s really not. My duty weapon is a G47 and prefer it to the HK I used to lug around.
In My opinion, The Glock grip angle is designed to rotate the top of the wrist up for better alignment with the bore. I find that squeezing the little finger and ring finger extra tight helps to lock the wrist this helps control recoil for Me. and of course very tight support hand grip. 43x , 19 , G-45 , they all shoot equally as well, you would think the 43x is the hardest to shoot but not so, i do just as good with the 43x as the 19 , but the G-45 is smoother than the other two the larger grip makes a difference for Me.
I have the p320 x compact which comes with the flat trigger. The trigger is real nice. I was going to get a glock but when I went to the range I tried a wide variety of handguns including several types of glocks and I just shot the sig soo much better. Past issues with the p320 and lack of trigger safety make me hesitant to carry it though so I was looking at glocks again for carry but now I have my eye on something like the czp10c just because it has a nicer trigger and comes with better sights. Don't really want a carry gun that I have to buy parts for.
I have a G19, P320, P365 and the CZ P10C. You will not be disappointed in the CZ. The only thing to note is the tiny slide because of the internal rails. Clearing a malfunction needs to be a bit more deliberate because there's so little to grab on to. That said, after 2000 rounds, my only malfunction was shooting somebody else's hand loaded "barely legal" ammo. His crimp height was a little too long for my chamber. Shot fine, just stuck the slide closed when I was trying to clear at the end of the stage for the RSO.
I'm with Coach, though. My Glock is great, I just have to push the sights down after the presentation because of the stupid grip angle. If your willing to marry Glock, it is probably the best out there minus sights and texture. But, I can switch between my Sigs, CZs and my Kimber without thinking.
Carried a Glock for 20+ years as a cop and now carry a 320 X-compact as a PFC. The only thing I have done to is changed the triggers to Apex performance flat system. I can not recall any malfunctions with either but I haven’t yet beat the Sig up quite like the Glock. Magpul mags run fine in both and they back their product. If I went to combat today, I’d carry a Glock because it’s tried and true more so than the Sig for me.✝️🇺🇸
To each his own. For me, I can't get past all the quality challenges of Sig. I've experienced some of those personally. I'll stick with the Toyota Camry of pistols, the boring, ugly, simple, reliable Glock.
I’ll be forever tied to Glocks because of the grip angle. It feels natural to me now and I naturally point other guns low now. I guess I could make it a point to train it but I don’t think I like any other gun enough to put in that kind of effort.
If i was a Navy Seal and moved around on every terrain imaginable on Earth, I would go with Glock. It would have a slight edge over the SIG for reliability (SLIGHT). Realistically, who's switching between different types of ammo casings on an everyday basis except on Range days? Most run brass ammo casings. I love both guns me and my best friend alternate shooting them all the time.
There are more options for the 320 than mentioned. From internal springs to triggers from a bunch of companies. Magazines and grip options are atleast 10 different options. . Barrels and slides n such. Fully ambi. Can choose for it to have a physical safety or blade safety.
The Sig was a quick and dirty adaption of the double action only, hammer fired P250. You can see the vestigial hammer feature on the backplate, which accounts for the high bore axis The 365 was striker fired from the drawing board. Does anyone know the differences in the internal safety mechanisms between 320 and 365?
The thing about the super glock statement. People were going cheap, and the army found out with the Beretta. When you use cheap parts. Particularly stuff that came from unknown or none reputable companies.
The only P320 variant I have is the X Five. Absolutely zero break in required. Has never had a single hiccup with whatever I've fed it, from the first round. I don't clean it religiously. I like the way it sounds and feels with some CLP on contact points, but it works fine dry and dirty, too. Maybe SIG spends extra time with an X Five. Maybe I bought it before SIG was running their factories at the high volume they do today. But my experience has been no break in, 100% reliability. That said, it's not like I drag my full size toy through the mud and sand.
IF I COULD GET MOS GLOCK IN CALIFORNIA, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CARRY CHOICE. WHEN THEY INTRODUCED THE M18 TO CALIFORNIA’S GUN LIST, I BOUGHT IT AND HAVEN’T LOOKED BACK. ALL AROUND GOOD PISTOL.
I carried an M9 for 20 yrs and unlike many folks I really liked them. For my primary home defense pistol I had my Grandfathers WW2 Colt 1911 until I was about 40 yrs old. Around 2011 I jumped on the bandwagon and got a Springfield XD in .45 and hated it. Finally a few years ago I decided I needed a new Combat Pistol/Home Defense Pistol. I narrowed it down to Beretta M9A3 (because I was so comfortable with it), the Glock19X, and the Sig M18 (The USMC went with it so it seemed natural). Those were all the Military trials guns at the time. Beretta was ruled out based solely on PRICE. While really like Glocks they always seen to naturally point down for me. I know that would have gone away with training and use. I ended up with the M18/ P320 partly because of the USMC bias. But also because It felt a lot like the Beretta. Of course no de-cocker, and no single and double action, and its striker fired. But the safety was about the same, it just felt natural. I don't care one way or the other about the safety. After so may years of being told, teaching, and saying " keep your weapon on safe until ready to fire" and flicking off the safety during the draw its a non issue for me. I have to admit I do like a safety on a striker fired pistol (call me a fudd). Everyone these days seems to think its a negative on a pistol, yet no one complains about a safety on an AR? I don't get it. Anyway after a few years I really like the SIG and plan on getting one of the smaller Sig's to replace my current CCW.
First 200 rounds was stock trigger. Then 700 rounds with the performance trigger, went back to stock and didn't notice a deference. The trigger smooth itself out the more that I shot it. And my Glock knuckle went away. I didn't have any problems with the performance trigger.
I was a Marine when we transitioned from the 1911 to the Beretta 92FS. Both had their strengths and weaknesses. I own a couple of Glock 19s along with a couple of Sig P320s. The Glocks don't leave the safe, while I shoot and carry the P320s all the time. Because of the design & flexibility of the Sig P320, it is literally the AR15 of the handgun world. You can change the caliber, barrel, slide, even the grip. You can even convert it into a PDW with either a Flux Raider or Strike Industries SMC.
Holding both, Sig is more ergonomic and feels way better grip wise. Looks better to me, but it seems they skipped some trials that Glock passed, and many games played on how they got contract. Maybe price was lower, which still does not justify addopting a pistol with issues that have been hopefully worked out by now. Its not a primary weapon and in combat used primarily by TIER1 guys as primary in room clearing in certain situations so I am sure some off them still carry Glocks.
It seems many departments are issuing mid size pistols thinking they can carry them off duty as well, thus saving the department money. Another great video gentleman.
I have a P250 kinda the same as a P320 but different, I also have a G19 gen 5, G45,G17 gen 3, S&W M&P 2.09mm, and I love then all, but my G45 is my favorite 🤷
Love my Glocks and my Sigs. Recently acquired a P320 X Carry Legion and I really like the stock trigger and sights. I’m not crazy about the complexity of the sear assembly…those tiny springs😳
ive never heard more than maybe a of couple of glock failures that resulted in the owner or holder getting shot by accident, or crazy instances of someone getting shot near by on accident, and they always say the gun went off on its own . the only thing i know a bout the 300s sigs is that it fails drop tests it went off in holsters, it has definable and repeatable wearing down of the parts making it unsafe. so ill pick the glocks
