Hey friends, today we're going to be looking at the precision frame hand cannon, Sightline Survey, and see how it performs in the crucible. Does it garner the hype it's been getting or is it just another 180 hand cannon.
If you’re just going to slap the sightline into your normal build it isn’t going to perform amazing tbh. Now if you were to make a bakris build or make a radiant spam build with surge mods, then the gun would three tap and even 2 tap in very niche circumstances. I was honestly suprised you were reviewing the gun without making some sort of build to compliment the gun. I put 500 kills on this thing playing doubles with a bakris build. I use a prismatic build with acrobats dodge, smokes, and swarms with a dragons/coyote class item. It works all the same while still allowing me to run the arc super. It’s fun in 6s. Trials has been gone so I haven’t gotten to try it out in there yet. Good video though. You should make another if you end up liking bakris with it.

I have triple tap and precision instrument on mine with a lot of stability and range. Personally I'm dominating with it. The only thing I have trouble with is super long range.
It’s still trash but your title is misleading. Name another 180 hand cannon with precision instrument, I’ll wait. Same TTK as 120s btw with more forgiveness. Just has less range.
it doesn't have the same ttk as 120's because 120's with precision can 3 tap any resilience, but 180's with precision can 3 tap 8 resilience and lower. It can only 3 tap with damage buffs such as radiance and precision instrument 3x or after a kill with kill clip. The less range is HUGE by the way, especially with damage drop-off. So, I stick with what I said, it being another 180.
@@BlindedMarksman that is not true 180's only can 3 tap players with resilience of tier 4 and lower if someone has tier 5 resilience you already need 4 shots. That is why you almost never got a 3 tap in your gameplay most players especially Titans usually have more than 4 resilience. But you can offset this downside of the weapon with surge mods or using Mask of Bakris with one surge mod or Bakris it can 3 tap almost all resiliences.
@@danhalo1405 yes you're right with the surges. But you can 3 tap 8 resilience and lower with enhanced precision instrument (230 damage) or you can use a buff like radiance to 3 tap 10 resilience. When I recorded the vid I was under the assumption that enhance precision can 3 tap all guardians until I went to d2foundry and saw the numbers. That's why I corrected myself with the info in the video using a lower third @1:04
@@BlindedMarksman It actually does. A 4 tap at 180 rpm takes 1.0 second. A 3 tap at 120 rpm takes 1.0 second. Check D2 foundry. A 3 tap from a 180 is like 0.67 seconds which is achievable with precision instrument. The main difference here is range not ttk. The range difference is like 8 meters btw for max range on both for fall off btw
