This is the first video in my British Columbia, Canada road trip. In this episode we travel from Toronto, Ontario to Victoria, BC, pick up our rental car and made the journey to Nanaimo for a day of sightseeing. Check out all the amazing attractions and what we got up to sightseeing in Nanaimo, BC!

What a very nice hotel room. And I think the one line two way road would have been pretty neat. Everything is so pretty where you are. I love all the yellow boats! Great video new friend!

Steep and narrow roads are a norm in our travels because Wayne gravitates to them, lol! Did it save you time in the end? You had us at "most comfortable bed"! How big were those flight glasses?! CUTE baby deer! What kind of wine was Alan trying?

Hey guys, what a great start to your trip, how exciting to fly again! Ahh that detour road sounded a bit stressful, I would have enjoyed hearing the audio during the drive, I think it would have been similar to some of our prior drives 😆 good idea to stick with the main roads for the sake of the marriage! So glad you found a brewery to take a break! I also liked the hiding spot in the hotel room 😆

I live in BC and have never heard of Lee’s Famous Chicken… maybe it is just one restaurant or a chain only on Vancouver Island? This was a really nice video and great tour!

Too funny. I actually looked them up and there are only 3 of them in Campbell River, Duncan and Nanaimo. The rest are in central USA.
