That was clearly racism. The man was born and raised in South Africa, loves this country and still lives there. He calls himself an African and that's what he is! And then Adesanya comes along and limits him to his skin color and says that he is not a real African. Imagine if the situation had been the other way around. An absolute scandal! Absolutely embarrassing from Adesanya. I hope he realizes this major misconduct in this situation and apologizes for it.

If only westernised Africans realised, Africans living in South Africa are not all racist. Izzy has no idea dricus has more black African friends and support then Izzy ever will have. All over South Africa, black Africans cheered and backed dricus, and celebrated him representing the country and continent. At the end of the day, to every black African who isn’t racist, they finally have a champion who actually lives and trains in Africa
