Signatory Vintage 2013 Ben Nevis Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 

This is the only Signatory that I have now, and it will not be the last... Stay tuned for the next few months as I have some more Indys that I'm going to try.

Signatory appears to be one of those independents that gets first dibs on casks just like Gordon & MacPhail and Carn Mor... I'm slowly moving out into the indy world now that I can get some bottles delivered from Alberta. BC doesn't seem to stock many of these little gems.

@@foodquig Yeah, slowly for me too. Enjoying 2 from G&MacPh, a Bunny 11 year (really like) and a Miltonduff 10. Thinking about another Signatory CS, a Glenburgie.

@@djbeacon1942 I have a couple of Dailuaines waiting in the wings along with another Ben Nevis and some bottles from James Eadie that I'm looking to try. I even have an indy Auchentoshan that I'm looking forward to... Don't forget those fabulous regional malts from Douglas Laing that I've been singing about for some years now... I can only predict that I will be going for increasingly obscure bottles as time goes on!

I have been watching so many whisky themed videos over the years, and have heard about so many distilleries that I'm finally getting to try... Now it's my turn to give some of them a go. There are very few official bottles from some great distilleries out there, so I might as well enjoy the indys even though they may not exactly match what could be called the house style. Cheers!
