I show how to put a signature line in Microsoft Word using Tabs. I find the technique described gives me the greatest degree of control over the signature line I am creating. Skip to the technique at 1:45
I found this helpful because I learned how the tab functions, which is useful for more than just a signature line. I also like the way it gets straight to the point. thank you for posting this video.
I think that yes it's at lot of step but all you have to do is, enter and then do the same thing as instructed. You can go back and add the names that you need, beside or under the lines. Thats what I did and it worked for me. Great job explaining, helped me out a lot.
Thank you so much. Very explicit. I had a little trouble finding my paragraph section on my outlook since I’m using a later version. But once I figured it out everything else was a piece of cake. Thanks a bunch ❤
Just make 2x2 table, then click on inside border, your table will look now like this _________|___________, and final just put coursour at the middle vertical line, and click delete. You will got signature line like this _________________________.
Easier way, same result Step 1. Make a 1x1 table Step 2. Put 3 hyphens with no spaces and press enter Step 3. Type "Signature" Step 4. Tab over, do the same as step 2 Step 5. Type "date" Step 6: Apply no borders to the table. Done.
but how to tab over? is it just type date after pressing space too long after the signature? and how to erase the line in between the signature and the date as the line is continuous.
