Installed the October update but have lots of bugs, can you guys fix it fast please currently almost paused the work. Signet Ring don't allow to build award rings, pull-push acts up, almost most operations take a long time to process, quick command size ratio jumps up and down, Material Color in rendering wont change color when applied to surface etc...

Hi, How do you have signet ring in your tool bar? I only have it in Clayoo tool bar.

hello i got a question . when i turn on top pull push the object is disappeared ( at 1:13 ) but can see only some measurements

Good morning Skuries, have you tried to change the distance values? Internally we are making a boolean and if the values are wrong, the geometry doesn´t come up...Please try to change the values you have and see if this works. Thank you

@@GemvisionCorp i did whatever value is it disappeared once i turn it on ... Any other advice? ( obeject is disappeared but i can see some measurements do i think its invisible or sth)

I mean it's great that your adding these features but MatrixGold should not have replaced matrix 9. The software is very buggy and does not have the essential features that I use in my day to day work, adding these features every few months isn't good enough when you already have a much more complete jewellery modeling software in matrix 9. Having paid the circa £5,000 price tag I feel ripped off as i'm not using your half finished software but instead waiting for your updates in hope that I'll find some practical functionality in your software.

Good morning and thank you for your comments. Matrix 1-9 were all based on a dying Visual Basic core that was impossible to maintain, and soon no longer supported (by Microsoft), we needed to move to new and better architecture. We now have in MatrixGold a new platform that we can much more easily improve and add to. But we need your help, we need your feedback to prioritize what gets rebuilt and added to this new core, so any feedback that you want to bring in, will be much appreciated.

Pagué al rededor más de $5000,00 por Rhinoceros y al poco tiempo se unieron con Matrix para sacar MatrixGold, es decepcionante ya que me dieron una prueba para el famoso MatrixGold, que en realidad es una mierda, tiene full errores y limita tu creatividad, además de que es muy frustrante al mover una pequeña curva y mandar al carajo todo el historial paramétrico y hablando del historial paramétrico, básicamente es grosshoper con una interfaz bonita, que bien se puede utilizar en mi rhinoGold 6.6 ya que viene iuntegrado con RhinoCeros 6. A mi parecer lo único que hicieron fue hacer una nueva interfaz y agregar los comandos que a ustedes les parecieron más importantes de Matrix y RhinoGold, y agregar otros comandos utilizando grosshoper y venderlo a un elevado precio. Soy orfebre en Ecuador y cuando mis colegas me preguntan si es buena idea adquirir alguno de sus productos, mi respuesta es siempre un NO, ya que se hace lo mismo con un RhinoCeros 6 sin ningún pluggin adicional. Debieron ir actualizando RhinoGold y Matrix y agregar estas "nuevas" opciones, que eso si sería de agradecer. No crear un pluggin "nuevo" para venderlo. Sí estoy muy cabreado por eso, yo se que deben generar dinero pero esto es un abuso.
