@@jonahmaurer5937 because out of the two numbers that were multiplied (24.5 and 63.2751), the least sig figs were in 24.5, and there were 3 sig figs in that number. When multiplying or dividing, you round the answer to the number of sig figs that is the least out of what you multiplied/divided

OMG!! I have to review a whole semesters worth of notes for my final and I’m glad I found this vid which has all the links to the lessons I need to review. I took chemistry about 6 years ago in highschool, Now i am taking an online college course chem and this helped me so much!! My teacher did explain it but the way she did i was very confused with sig figs. Watching this lesson by Melissa helped to clear my confusion !
