Dyer is 65 rated at 14 years old. Don't let him go, he's going to be a top top player for you in that came and LW position. Also fix your home ground issues and start using 4-3-3 more,it gives your players more freedom to play and you always play well with it.

Matt I think if you change Lancaster position to a RW/CAM his rating will be higher
