It’s always funny to me that Liverpool fans want big money signings but never the attitude that comes with them. I believe this is a solid signing for us and we’ll see that on the pitch. All Endo has to do is put in a few decisive tackles and he’ll be an instant hit. We really miss that in this current squad.

Me too, I've travelled all around Japan, they're good people. This is brilliant signing & I guarantee you Endo will give 100% week in week out. Him being the Captain of Japan is massive, you really have to earn that gig it's not handed out lightly. So yeah it's a very astute signing, prepared to be impressed he's a baller & a winner.

if there is one thing about Juegen we should know by now,,he is honest..how can a player not open and feel welcome by that YNWA

as a DM he brings to the pitch what the midfield was missing: developed as a youth player playing CB, has multipositional talent, has played also as a RB, so he's pacey and good winning the ball in air duels, he also can play as a 8, has great progressive passing abilities, he's through balls are spot on but mostly he's long passing is incredibly precise. Moreover, he's the Japanese national team captain, a leader with a winning mindset, had scored many clutch match-winning goals, he's there for the team.

@@djole93podbara VVD makes more sense though, since his job on the pitch is already control and leadership: you might just as well extend and reinforce that role. While Salah's main job is quite different, where attributes like selfishness and singlemindedness is useful, and giving him the armband might detract from those mental states in the game. :)
