Hello - thanks for the tutorial. I'm having problems with one row of a design printing on top of the other row sometimes. On the canvas I put space between every design and every row but it just won't accept it and I have to print one row at a time sometimes and its a pain when I have to print 20 rows! Also, it takes me about half an hour to set up on the canvas, designs - all the same designs - about 100 of them, and to get the right space between one and another I am amplifying the design to see the millimetres between each one. It takes ages! When I just do one row and then press 'cut' and duplicate the rows is when I get each row starting to cut about 2cm on the top of the last row. It's so frustrating as the manual that comes with sign master doesn't tell you anything. Im used to working with flexisign which is so much easier, but my Roland broke and I bought a cheap Vevor plotter that cuts great, but the flipping program drives me crazy and I can't find tutorials to learn how to do it properly without wasting so much time and vinyl. Can you please help? Thank-you

I seem to be struggling with importing .SVG, .JPG, .PDF files and getting the software to vectorize and outline image. It always outlines the file border, not the black silhouette image.

A cutter/ plotter does it's job using the software. Once your design is on the edit screen on your laptop. you select which "head" you use... the cutter head with blade cutters the design into the vinyl material. If you want a drawn version, then you swap out heads and replace the cutter holder with plotter pen holder. you then load paper as if it was vinyl and press cut. and you get a printed copy. Cuts or Prints one sheet a a time. must restart after each job is finished.

Hi how do you import a PNG file thats transperant (from illustrator) into the program, it tells me theres "nothing to cut"! when i try to do the cut/plot execution
Can you tell me how I can edit my own pictures (.jpg or .png) with the "Seperate by color" function? for example a club logo "Bayern Munich" red, blue and white (3 colors). The software always shows "Nothing to cut" when i press the "cut-Button" and when I put a trace on it it only shows the color blue with the complete logo
