@@matthewferreira2955i don’t believe this. I am a serial cheater. I admit. It’s my own trauma that I had to deal with. Only when I got sick of my own self sabotage did I decide to make a lasting change. The no contact helped way more than me and my ex getting back together (trust me I begged LOL). I spent time alone instead of finding new partners. Really worked on myself for once. And regardless of if we get back together, I can confidently say I’m no longer scared of commitment. Not scared of being loved. I want a wife. A family. Real fulfillment. It takes a mountain to get to this point but some people do. As a cheater I believe people can change IF they really want it and put some action behind it. That being said. A lot of old dogs don’t learn new tricks!

Signs #1 and #2 seem possible, she has not talked to me in a month, and has gone through a bad rebound relationship where she said she would commit to the guy but he was a asshole to her and purposely ignored her for a whole week even though she was posting on her Snapchat how mad she was and annoyed by him but she clinged to him and made a Grand Gesture post pleading with him and hoping he will reach out, promising she will commit to him. It never worked. Now a week later, some new guy has posted her latest picture on his Story claiming she's his love. So far, she has not confirmed it on her own social media.
Update my exgf came back, keeping a slow pace since she's still kinda hooked on the asshole she left me for. She broke up with him back in like June 2024, because he apparently left her for another woman. 😢 And she left me for a month ( July 2024 ) when I tried to talk like two adults about us and our relationship. She said some mean things, did not insult me with curse words tho, got sad, cried and left me.. 😢 A month later, today, she calls me, and gives a sincere apology in her own words, and said she missed me the whole time. And that she was mad at herself. ❤ The only issue is, four days prior to today, September 7, 2024, four days ago, she changes her profile pic for the first time ever to a old photo of her and HIM together.. it's been four days since and he only hearted that photo, never commented on it, and has not changed his profile pic to them together. He still follows hundreds of girls on his IG. He has never made one post about them as s couple since the day they meet in April 2024. He has nudes of other girls on his phone too.

Their friends will eventually go back to normal state . Her friend cannot replace you. Nothing can.And when she finally chills, she'll notice she lost you .

I've noticed my ex losing weight. She had a bad eating disorder that I'd help her fight through but now...I've also been told by a friend she seems extremely depressed. Given the holidays no contact has been mixed. I rarely have reached out. She reached out first for Christmas for example. But she keeps telling my friends or mutual friends to tell me to move on, that she has no intention of ever trying to mend what we had. It hurts to hear but technically shouldn't be news. She left me right around Thanksgiving. This all just hurts. At the very least I have been actively trying to take positive steps in my life to improve, hopefully she takes notice of that

OMGosh your bonus sign happened to me: ex broke up with me in October, disappeared and then randomly invited me over for Christmas dinner at his parents’. I saw him last weekend at the social event where we first met. He looked terrible. Like he gained a little weight, very tired, no sparkle in his eye, and he had too much to drink. The #1 way to move forward is to meet new ppl. Go on dates. If on a budget, go to places like the park or the beach. What happens psychologically is that your focus moves from your ex to the new ppl you meet and the new things happening in your life. Eventually, you attract to one individual. Overtime as you spend more time with this new person, the love and attention you once had for your ex is transferred to this new person. This is not just a theoretical hypothesis. This is realistic. Real experiences. This is how I got over my exes. And this is also my ex got over me. And believe me, I loved my last ex a lot. But as humans, our feelings can change once we refocus. NC and focus on new ppl. You'll see how quickly you move on. The beginning is the hardest part.

@@axelbriggjern3534 exhausting, i cried everyday for a year and then suddenly i think it is psychologically exactly after 1 year ( the day he brokeup with me) I stopped crying immediately like i never cried for him again. I think it is my self recovering and finding value in myself once again. Realising that he is not perfect and i should not be putting him on a pedestal like that and be more logical and think things through carefully. Now i rather love myself and be there for myself than wait for him.

He started texting me giving all the details of his life and schedule. He wants to come over and help me with some things. We just broke up again last week. Each break up has changed the relationship. Now we have separate bank accounts after the last break up. There is hardly anything left of him in the house. He wants to be involved in the house renovation. it is my house. The house is upside down. The big issue is he started texting another woman the last breakup and this breakup. She is going through a divorce. She said she only wants friendship as she is still in love with her husband. I am no one's second choice. I believe that he left me because he was looking for intimacy with another woman and maybe he has another woman or is looking for it or is open to it and does not want intimacy with me .. The fact that he would leave me completely and have intimacy with another woman and happiness hurts a lot.. If he doesn't post anything, he doesn't respond, there's no contact, I don't know anything about him, I believe the worst.. Three times he suddenly came back and started with me and abruptly withdrew and broke off, but this time it's more serious and I believe the last time he withdrew and cut off contacts. He called me briefly the other day and we were laughing, but the next day he called and was rude and now he doesn't answer.

10 days in no contact.. not a sign..nothing.. hurts bad.. very bad. She's in my brain all the time. But I am concentrating on other stuff, and talking to a good friend about it and the hurt fades, bit by bit. My fear is if she break no contact, my hurt is back full on again. Curious what the statistics are on the ex actually coming back. From the comments it looks pretty rare. And I don't think that means your methods aren't solid. I think it's just a really tricky process that for the most part, is more about getting your own self and life back than bending over backwards to get your ex back.

Most ex break up emotionally a few months before they do it officially. But what if the break up was due to life circumstances and the world breaks u up and it all happened in the moment? Due to a family death and all at the wrong timing. What if they changed and then don’t want you anymore. And break up with you. And because you’re in a different country they don’t see a solution for the relationship to carry on?
Coach Lee I did no contact for 4 months and then I wrote a gracious kind closure email and he did not respond. And I called to keep the comms going as a Christian I don’t believe in anamosity and I asked if I did anything to hurt him to forgive me. He finally responded to my email saying that he is not looking to have any communication with me. It is just the way he feels. And I did nothing wrong to forgive. I could just not understand what kind of a message is this!! If I did nothing wrong I am not asking him to get back as I wrote a gracious closure letter but keeping that line of communications open was something that I believe in. So I am stunned and don’t know where to go with this. But just have to let this go!! Your advice would be great

But he is confused, voluntarily got into weekly therapy and is acknowledging deep childhood mother wounds. We are now no contact. Advice?
