There many beautiful and safe places to visit in Cambodia. However, only Sihanoukville security is unsafe for tourists at night, the reason are because of many Chinese gangs and weakness of Cambodia government's security management.
Tourism is good business, tax & city's revenues to Cambodia; same with every country. China is very safe country as reported by foreign tourists; excellent for China!
