His cause of death remains undisclosed, but people have come to the assumption that he had taken his own life, especially given his final song (Please Give Me a Red Pen) hinted very heavily at ideas of suicidal ideations in its lyrics. It wouldn't be the first song that had mentions of suicide/depression, and even this very song alone that talks about saying "goodbye to everyone" and the struggles of becoming an adult. This song (or at least the music video) in particular was released about 5 months before his death. There were plenty of these ideas littered throughout his discography, but his final song was released shortly before the announcement of his death, and allegedly was on the same day he took his own life. Some of his works have released after his death, including music videos and other previously unreleased music, but he's been gone since 2015. It really is hard to believe it's been that long. :(

@@abba9881i'm sorry you had to find out like this. it's still hard news even today... at the end of his life, his legacy still lives on. i still love his music and all the heart he left in every piece he put out. there is a piece of siinamota in every song he released, and to honor that, i think we should all continue to listen to and love his music even all these years later :)
