Sir ,I want to answer your question regarding "rooh",yes in Islam we believe in soul ,u can also use the word consciousness,In philosophy of science there are term use "hard problem of consciousness", science still clueless where consciousness exist,yes in neuroscience u can monitor all emotions of human ,u can see emotions of human in computer when he become happy but where this originate science is clueless,this is the only field of science where there are no progress, regarding what rooh looks like we dont know ,in movies we see soul but they are all man made ,but we know one thing that soul is lack of matter otherwise advance science could easily discovered in human body

What gurugranth sahib ji say's about soul or atma ? 👉🏼 The "Atma" or "Soul" according to Sikhism is an entity or "spiritual spark" or "light" in our body because of which the body can sustain life. On the departure of this entity from the body, the body becomes lifeless - No amount of manipulations to the body can make the person make any physical actions. The soul is the ‘driver’ in the body. It is the ‘roohu’ or spirit or atma, the presence of which makes the physical body alive. Atma is given to a being by Waheguru . It is also recognised as the divine spark , which is a part of Waheguru within them. Sri Guru Granth Sahib promotes the concept of equality by highlighting the fact that we are made of the same flesh, blood and bone and we have the same light of God with us Soul .
