I have one doubt in my mind which has been clouding my thoughts these days Please tell me if it's okay to install gurbani apps in your phone as they contain whole sarups and also we carry our phone wherever we go ???? Would love to hear your thoughts on this !!!!!!!!!!! WJKK WJKF

The first reaction should be to re-start doing path, then slowly slowly build up and do those paaths that you've missed but only out of love and bliss and never take it as a burden.
