Sikkim Book Fair 2024 - Singtam edition to be hosted by Mount Zion Kidzee School, Singtam
Singtam, 16 May 2024: With an objective to further foster the ecosystem of reading and learning in Sikkim, Mount Zion Kidzee School, Singtam in collaboration with 24hours Inspired is hosting the Sikkim Book Fair 2024-Singtam Edition at the campus of Mount Zion Kidzee School, Singtam between the 17th and 18th of May 2024. The two days book fair will have books of National Book Trust, Government of India and is expected to witness participation of 20 plus schools around Singtam, Rangpo and nearby places.
Speaking of the Sikkim Book Fair 2024, Dewaker Basnet, Chief Learning Officer, 24hours Inspired says, “We are glad to collaborate with Mount Zion Kidzee School, Singtam for the Sikkim Book Fair 2024-Singtam Edition and are excited to know that many schools from the area would participate in this book fair. After the success of the Gangtok and the Pakyong edition, we are positive that this edition of the book fair would also be able to further the cause of reading and learning amongst young minds of the school and other schools who would participate in the book fair” We are highly thankful to the school for hosting this edition of the book fair and a special thanks to Shri. Elaborating further on the book fair and the objective of the school hosting the same, Director, Mount Zion Kidzee School, Singtam, Dr. Robin Sharma elaborates, “We as an institution are committed for overall development of the children and this book fair is a great opportunity for us to go beyond our regular scheme of things and engage our young minds as well as young minds of other schools towards the wonderful habit of reading. We are happy to host the book fair and hope that there would be great value addition from the two days of engagement.
Principal, Mount Zion Kidzee School, Singtam, Ms. Anisha Mukhia thanked all the schools from the areas for having been positive of the book fair and reiterated the school’s commitment towards holistic development amongst young students of the school through scholastic activities including the Sikkim Book Fair 2024.
