Also, only the military would operate something that big in a medical role (civilian operators are going to use S-76's, EC 135s, EC 145s, AStars, assorted Bell products, or Agustas). Plus, not many hospital heliports could handle the weight of an S-92 (sitting empty the aircraft is 15,500 lbs).
