What an obsolete way of making Mufflers. They are doing spot welding in place of resistance seam welding. Still uses manual metal arc welding instead of Mig welding. Placing the silencer body in housing and fixing it with hammer that too without gauge markers. They use the same technology as was being used 1400 years back. That too went redundant in 632 AD. 😀😀

@@alnov91 Don't know if you are an employee or owner of that factory. But I would surely recommend you to improve your thought process. This will help you to increase the production with reduced costs and enhanced quality with minimal rejections and waste. This also improves the market share thus business.
@@frontrunner3052 I promise out of every 10k units made, only 1% arrive unusable to factory and that is attributed to damages from shipping. Retooling to support your suggestion in an industry that is shrinking with electric vehicles dominating by 2035 is no longer proper financial model.
Great job, everything done manually, very well built, but I have only one criticism, I don't know why they use a metal that rusts easily, over time they have hundreds of perforations... They should use materials that are more resistant to rust.
If they'd offer tax incentives to manufacturing instead of building nukes and sponsoring terrorists they could modernize production. Which would increase their production 10x, plus make quality control much easier
You know, in america, the automotive workers union, has secured you a $38 an hour wage to do that job. You get top Care health benefits. You'll never get fired from your job. And it doesn't matter if the part You're building works or not. Hell, you can even spend half of your time, drinking on the job. Granted, when you get caught, you'll have to go to rehab. Create the illusion that you've rehabilitated yourself. But that's okay.. because the union has made it so that you will never lose your job. So you can get away with that for.. 35 years. Or, more.
Yes and those same jobs and unions have destroyed our nation and exported the jobs to other nations like India where they make them for a Penny per hour and Americans sit and starve
