Finally I found the right video to identify if my RX100 had its original silencer or not. I found that the silencer has been silently replaced with RX135's silencer by the mechanic. I need to find a RX100 6 hole silencer now :(

One sincere personal opinion is to maintain this rx by riding it less and not like a daily ride . 1. Its restored with great difgiculty and lesser usage will ensure the new look for longer time. 2. Do not try top speed daily, occasional speed burst of 100kph can be tried. This helps in longer barrel life and lesser ring wear 3. Invest in a cheap cd100 for daily ride and rx for weekend careful use 4. Get a good cover and if possible park in closed parking away from rain and sun. 5. Apart from regular servicing check 2t pump functioning from time to time. 6. Ride single handed as much as possible and do not race with pulsars. These points should make sense as rx passion involves keeping bike in showroom condition always, which abovr points may help.

Dear Danish your curiosity for getting the true beat and performance of RX100 leading to put all efforts for identifying the key differences between RX100 and RX135 Silencers in the inner core and the Flute ie.Muffler-Tube as nicely explained in the video. Most important jobs done as explained. Welding and Chroming jobs done by your veteran experienced technicians making it to get the true sound beat of your RX100 bike is really remarkable.It is my request,if you can give contact details of the workshops from where this Silencer repairing and chroming job done .Many thanks for making the video in this special subject related to sound and performance of RX100.

I need to change the exhaust of my RX100, as its sounds is too loud. It seems that the walls inside it have got damaged while pulling out the muffler, which was strucked, by mechanic.

@@DanishBarkati nothing will happen bro. I did shantiniketan 400 kms round trip. RX is not such a delicate machine. It's a hardcore machine that was built to last longer than the rider. Dont take tension nothing will happen.🌚😁

No, the rxg has 132 cubic bore dia, and 100 has 97 cubic bore size. We cannot acheive that sweet yet rorty exhaust note of a 97cc barrel ever.

Thanks a lot! As I have mentioned in the beginning of this video, beat is generated mutually by the engine and 6 hole silencer of RX100. You won’t get the beat in RX135.

@@nissanswan6248 sure, thank you. I owned rx for 11 years, played a lot with the silencer too. A closed silencer core with decarbonized and glass wool wrapped gave a good impressive mileage difference compared to a open core which gave only 27kpl a liter compared to 35kpl of the stock

Performance not satisfactory? ☹️ Sir! Did you check the size of the cylinder. If the pickup is not up to our expectations, you need to check the bore whether it is sleeved or unsleeved.

@@sriramramamoorthy1589 for best pickup all you need are 1. Unsleeved bore which is minimum .75 size 2. Good carburetor with original jets 3. Correct quantity of engine oil (650 ml) 4. Original reed valve which is in good condition Other parts like clutch bell, pickup coil,crank shaft are not mandatory to replace unless they're completely gone
