[Az-Zumar 39:4] ﴾خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ ۖ يُكَوِّرُ اللَّيْلَ عَلَى النَّهَارِ وَيُكَوِّرُ النَّهَارَ عَلَى اللَّيْلِ ۖ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ۗ أَلَا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ﴿ He has created the heavens and the earth with truth. He makes the night to go in the day and makes the day to go in the night. And He has subjected the sun and the moon. Each running (on a fixed course) for an appointed term. Verily, He is the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving. [Az-Zumar 39:4-5] Meaning, Glorified and Exalted is He above such, He only does things with the absolute Truth, Justice, Knowledge, Wisdom and seriousness. So it doesn't befit His Majesty to do the things christians attribute unto Him. The entire world and existence around them which points to His immense Knowledge and Perfect Attributes is the argument against such shortcomings. Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ said, ﴾وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاءَ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا لَاعِبِينَ﴿ We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them for a (mere) play. ﴾لَوْ أَرَدْنَا أَن نَّتَّخِذَ لَهْوًا لَّاتَّخَذْنَاهُ مِن لَّدُنَّا إِن كُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ﴿ Had We intended to take a pastime (i.e. a wife or a son), We could surely have taken it from Us, if We were going to do (that). ﴾بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ ۚ وَلَكُمُ الْوَيْلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ﴿ Nay, We fling (send down) the truth (this Qur'aan) against the falsehood (disbelief), so it destroys it, and behold, it (falsehood) is vanished. And woe to you for that (lie) which you ascribe. [Al-Anibyaa' 21:16-18] So the best argument to use against such, is Allah's argument in His Book.

At best, these verses offer minimal support for the Trinity because there are other completely acceptable ways to interpret them. For example, throughout the Bible there are many instances where an action is attributed to God and also attributed to another entity that represents God. One such instance is 1 Samuel 12:1,13. Verse one says: “Samuel said to all Israel, Behold, I have listened to your voice in all that you said to me, and have made a king over you.” We can see that it was Samuel who directly appointed Saul as King of Israel. In verse 13 however, we read: “Now therefore see the king whom you have chosen, and whom you have asked for: and, behold, Yahweh has set a king over you.” Here we see that it is Yahweh, God, who set a king over Israel. If we apply the same logic that Trinitarians apply to Acts 5:3-5, then we would conclude that Samuel is God. However, using common sense we understand that Samuel represented God when he appointed Saul as king over Israel, just like the Holy Spirit represents God in the New Testament.

The Christian sects in Pre-Islamic Arabia believed Mary was divine and worshiped her. During the time of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), these sects interacted with the Prophet and Allah revealed verses mentioning about the belief of these people who believed Mary was a Goddess. Also to this day we have churches dedicated to Virgin Mary where she is worshiped. Christians may argue that Mary is not a part of trinity, just because small pox was eradicated doesn't mean it never existed.
