Only one word.....WOW.....you have totally captured the essence of the disease that so many suffer with in silence. I hope this is shared to as many people as possible. It can help someone in need, showing them they are not the only ones that feeling the way they do and also help those friends and families of people with this socially crippling disease, so they can begin to understand the silent pain.
