There is no such thing as Silent Hill "1". And why not play the game properly on DuckStation with higher res, at 60FPS, and no jitter and warble? And why not use all the fixes for parts 2 and 3 for PC? And what about part 4? Why not play the complete series?` Why do it at all, if you don't do the thing right? Weird......
