Peggy Holds a degree in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising from Brigham Young University. As a mother to four sons, Peggy spends her time divided between teaching and creating new patterns for Silhouette Patterns, a line of contemporary patterns available to the home sewer. During her career she has taught college courses in pattern drafting and design. She professionally drafts patterns for individuals and manufacturers all across the country ranging from golf apparel to black tie performances. In addition to apparel designs, Peggy has designed the patterns of the costumes worn by the Mens Olympic Figure Skating Gold Medalist, Elvis Stojko.

Welcome, welcome! I worked at at restaurant (years ago) and that was always the greeting from owner down to busboy. I always thought it was special. Keep it up. Thanks for all you do Peggy. I have more than a dozen of your patterns but probably have only made 3. Watching the uTubes is inspiring me to... Get Busy,!

I loved Fit 2 Stitch. When I found your show, I watched it faithfully. You have taught me so very much. I have been sewing sinceI was 12. But I learned more in the time I watched you, than in my entire life. You are an excellent teacher. Thank you for all your help.

I don't know much about the way you fit. I am a custom tailor and I have my own fitting system. My system worked well for thousands of customers.

Is it possible to do the back tuck by myself by taking them off and doing it while the pant is flat?

I just bought the walking foot to sew my sweater knit fabric and it doesn’t work any suggestions

Use tissue paper on top and bottom pined in place and sew through all layers. This works for me even with a walking foot. Hopes this works for you to.

We ship all over the world, daily. So the price for shipping patterns to anywhere in the world is the same as if you lived in the US. Hope that helps. Peggy
