Manual checking the bonded orings if joint quality all good
The collection hand will foward the bonded silicone orings
to the collection bar
The collection bar keep all bonded orings in same position
the joint parts are in one alignment ,easy to check joint
quality
This is the manual mode , in manual mode , when we press the button
for once ,the machine will do one cycle of gaskets
in manual mode ,we can control the material checking time
if worker checking bonded oring speed can't catch up with
the machine speed ,we can switch to manual mode
We can switch manual mode and auto mode here
This is the manual mode and empty run of the machine
The material checking device are fixed to the machine
so the collection bar and collection hand will be in one
alignment
The material checking device is specially designed for
bonded orings checking procedures
