Hi this is Abid, I am a designer and I love to make crafts and utilize my time to create different things. I believe that I am a learner myself. I love to work in different directions. As a craftsman you will notice that crafting is the reflection of most of the professions.
About the video:
Today's video is about silk painting.
I painted Tulips. i have used simplest method of painting cloth.I hope you will

Materials i used:-
1-Grip silk 60gm
2-Transparent Gutta(liner)
3-silk colors (transparent)
4-Water
5_Oil based charcoal pencil
6-Wooden frame (adjustable)
7-thumb tags

Yes you can do it but your fabric will stiff when you apply the fabric paints on silk

Yes these r fix one. And when u want to paint a silk u have to apply water on surface then use silk paints

Yes you can paint this on cotton but use fabric paints or mix your fabric paints in silk paints thwn paint your cotton

Hi! Is this oil based charcoal pencil marks permanent? When you wash after painting clear gutta removes. Will pencil marks stay? Thanks!

Yes, charcoal oil is based. Not at all. I used light colour tone and used pencil softly

Thanks. fabric will shrink when dip the fabric in water. thats why i apply the water again and adjust the frame too.let the fabric dry then draw the image

Where are you located . You get colours or gutta from ali Express and amazon. We called it a water-based gutta, which you called glue.

Yes silk paints are water based and treat them like water colors

Why do you dip your painted silk in normal water for a few minutes.?

Befor painting wash the fabric because there are lots of impurities in cloth so wash it before painting. After painting iron the fabric(in case of silk paints iron fixed). Dip the fabric for 5 minuts if you used transparent gutta. No need to dip fabric in water if use colored gutta like black,silver,golden,copper etc

Hi, the silk paint I have spreads very much. How come yours didn't when you were drawing the orange flowers? Is there a technique you used or simply a brand?

Maam i used seta silk and these are little thick. I always dip my fabric i water before painting. Dip in water and let it dry then adjuat on the frame.

Also you can take fabric to a light box and copy it to the fabric using a number 5B pencil to copy image to fabric. Then place gutta or deci Metalics paints on the design.

Dear noe a days i think international transactions are nt working but if u have any national e_ stor available online u can check .there r many brands marabu is also good.

Beautiful work, I wish I could apply Gutta like you do, It takes a lot of practice, and it smells very strong. Here In the Usa I buy my materials from Darma Trading, actually I use Soldium Alginate, it’s easier to apply, but I love the outlines with Gutta, I am watching your vidéos constantly. Thanks for beings an inspiration!!!

You can start with seta silk paints available on desertcart shopping app. Or check on amazon. Pebeo seta silk or marabu silk paints which are iron fixed.

How can you avoid the lines in the blue? Do you think a larger brush covering the entire area faster would stop the running smudge lines? I’m a perfectionist and self taught / beginner silk painter, I don’t mean to criticise your amazing work

U r absolutely right i don't mind u can give the suggestions openly.if u will apply color directly on fabric lines will apear. Apply the water 1st thn fill the area with color.

Silk paints for silk and fabric paints for cotton based fabrics. your fabric will stiff, if you used silk paint on fabric
