You’re always welcome 🙏 Any kind of direct injury or trauma that’s strong enough to damage the integrity of your eye ( even if you have not got any kind of surgery ) can dislocate the flap too

I heard there new thing called smile pro which corrects High order Aberrations and it uses contoura vision type maping technology along with smile type low enery laser and uses some side cutting of flaps in which adhesing strength of flap is as strong as flapless Is this true? @@vemuriajaykumar For pure spherical errors with aberrations It’s a nice option But I am skeptical of it treating high order aberrations But one thing is for sure , even if there is slight cylinder / astigmatism … Nothing stands in front of contoura vision Contoura vision has remained excellent and perfect choice for all types of refractive errors and have stood the test of time

Yes sir, I completeley agree with you. Actually, I have been searching for these procedures for last one year. My number is 5.5 including cylindrical. The first and the foremost condition is that our number should be stable but astigmatism mein axis change hoti hai aur 10 degree ya 20 degree ka nahi, usey zyaada hota hai so am I eligible for this procedure and Second point- Dr. Rahil Chaudhary 6/5 vision claim kar rahe hain silk procedure mein and ultimately humein achi vision hi achieve krni hoti hai so is maamle mein silk as a layman sahi lag rhi hai because cornea mein irregularities agar hai bhi aur uskey baad bhi 6/5 vision hai phir I think sahi hai.... Your view regarding this (Sir whatever I am writing is out of the videos I watch and my friends who have already undergone the procedure unke behalf par main yeh sab likh rha hun baaki aapko zyaada achi knowlege hai so ultimately your opinion will be respected) And sir Mera number 8 se kam hai, touchwood cornea thickness theek hai and dryeyes ka issue nahi hai But ICL surgery mujhe isliye sahi lagti hai kyunki woh remove ho sakte hain(lens) usmein nad after removal our eyes will be considered virgin as well... Agar asitgmatism ( cylinder ) number hai and cornea mey irregularities hain and higher order aberrations correct karni hai and bahut achhi quality of vision chahiye - Toh Topoguided lasik like contoura vision is the first choice and it will give you Super Vision - 6/5 or 6/4

Your doubt is just a theoretical concept which has already been proven wrong by studies While comparing Smile and Contoura vision Silk is a new procedure similar to smile It will take some more years for it to prove its mettle and get US FDA approval Will definitely try to make one There is no surgery in mankind without side effects Always follow your doctor’s advise and not random information on social media

Yes after 40 years of age presbyopia sets in and everyone in this world needs reading glasses If you already have glasses for distance you will need two glasses ( one for distance and one for near / or bifocal / or progressive glass ) If you have got refractive procedure like lasik done for distant vision You will only need reading glasses
