Calling a Hispanic or a Latino who isn't Mexican is not same as calling someone African when they're Haitian. It's more calling someone Nigerian when they are Haitian. Hispanics are from any country whose national language is Spanish, that's why people from Spain are Hispanic too. Latinos are people from South America. Mexicans are people from Mexico. Konvy is from Cuba a Spanish speaking country in South America so he's Hispanic, Latino and Cuban but not Mexican.
