The source for the title card is from the 1937 version of the Disney Academy Award Review of Walt Disney Cartoons (which according to Jerry Beck, is technically Disney’s first feature film, reissued later by Buena Vista in 1966 to add the additional cartoons that won academy awards for the studio ranging from “The Old Mill” to “Lend A Paw” with no narration).
Hey, You are wrong, since if you have seen the 1939 Disney short "The Ugly Duckling", you will see that the cartoon was reissued in 1955, due to The fact that in that reissue, the short start with the "A Walt Disney Production" byline in yellow (which share a font letter similar to the That's All Folks byline), and the background is simply some musical notes waving in a red sky (which i thought was a blood sky), Also, if that cartoon were reissued in 1976, would have the "A Walt Disney Silly Symphony" byline instead of the "A Walt Disney Production" one
