Hey guys, I’m Rabea. I'm the lead guitarist in Toska, Frog Leap & Dorje where I write music, make songs and have a great time with my mates. Thank you all so much! I’m beyond hyped on these! I never thought I’d be making a signature set of Bare Knuckles. So here they are. Some notes on the track: I wanted to make a song using really only 2 sounds. So the pickups could speak for themselves. All the guitars are made up of 2 main sounds and an additional lead tone There is a pushed clean, in the intro and backing for the solo. All The heavy guitars and hybrid picked verses are the same sound. To get the different tones I coil split the bridge pickup to get the hybrid tone. Amps were Kraken and JVM Cleans were Revv D20 Lead was D20 with Origin effects Revival Compact I’m so proud of how these sound. I wanted a pickup that can be brutal, or beautiful in the same sound. They’re way more dynamic than any bare knuckle I’ve used before. I hope they bring you much tonal joy!

I was wondering if I could put only the bridge pickup in your signature guitar ? Will it be compatible with the stock neck pickup ? ( especially with split position 2 and 4 ) Thanks !

Rabea, I don’t like progressive metal. Or overly-technical playing styles. Or over-production. I’m a doom/crust/dbeat guy. This tho? Undeniable. What you’re doing on this track and on GG2 - Respect. So beautiful and brutal; so much emotion. Such stories in those songs. Restraint. Crescendos. And your tone is somehow both clear and raw. Just awesome. You’ve made a convert : )

WOW!! This is the best tone I've ever heard you use. It's amazing. And that song writing, it's just on another level. Absolutely fantastic. I've been a fan of Bare Knuckle for years now. Rabea, you are officially my favorite guitarist of all time. Ever since I started listening to heavier stuff, there's always something that's been missing. Ever since I found your music and subscribed to your RU-vid channel, you have managed to hit every note (no pun intended ;P) of what I've been looking for out of music. Every. Way. Possible. I wouldn't be surprised if Bare Knuckle gets implemented into Chapman somehow but as mid tier to high tier models kinda thing, and keep their in-house pickups on the more affordable ranges

IMO you pay a lot for specs like thick flamey tops, glowing side dots, hard case etc and stuff like that, none of which help the playability of the guitar. My Japanese Ibanez is cheaper than my Chapman and it plays much better because it is built much better. Clearly Ibanez focuses more on the playability aspect such as filing and polishing frets, making sure there aren't any sharp edges, original edge instead of 1000 series Floyd. Specs don't mean anything if the guitar doesn't play well.

Hey man, I have been watching the vids with you from quite a while. I remember you describing your teenage with the cd-player and a skateboard and now I see THIS. Not that I wasn't expecting it, yet this video made me thinking of how much of a hard work you had to put into to get here from that skaiting teen. This is more than outstanding. The sound is perfect, so is note execution and that crazy hybrid picking calls me to revisit my picking hand techniques. I love how emotions are pouring outta yer riffs. Riff master supreme. The Bea got me into getting rid of my biases of drop tunings and to fully explore the sonic capabilities of it. Now I love experimenting with drop tunings and open tunings and standard tunings are a thing of the past.

Wow, that was intense!!! I was looking at your playing and I was in Awhhhhh all the way. You were so in it that it was awesome to watch. And the best part, you didn't have to say something. The playing was enough to tell all that there is to know about those pickups. The sad part in that story is that even with these monsters in my guitar, it will never sound as good or even as close of what you've just played in this video. Bare Knuckle are the pickups of the world man! I bought a pair for an old Les Paul that was packed away for over 8 years and suddenly it is my favorite guitar (P90s). These pickups are the best in the world in my opinion. Crazy good!

I've been thinking of changing the set in my Ibanez for a while now but never truly happy with others out there. Guess I know where my money's headed. Heard this and ordered a set. Clarity and chug. A perfect mix. Can you please tell me the best height for these, as I have other bareknuckles, and they have a narrow sweet spot. Congrats on the signature pickups!! Love the clarity of these Silos Love BKP! I put them on my Telecaster. Amazing company and they help you get the tones you are after! After a few email exchanges with Tim I ended up having the Blackguard series Tele bridge pickup with a SlabBoard Strat neck pickup to put on my Telecaster!
