I honestly think that the Silver Banshee scream is the best sonic scream ever produced in media. It's so high pitch I love it. It really sounds like a woman screaming her shrillest voice ever and I'm all here for it. ^^

They also were inconsistent in the show itself, the first time the concussive force broke through cement, the second time it sent Kara flying out of a window, the third time as well, the fourth time it didn't have any effect but right after that it can break concrete that was thrown at her with super strength

i wouldnt count electricity as a weakness but idk she might be really at a disadvantage to electricity idk
