Silver Couloir - Party Skiing A Colorado Classic 

Silver Couloir is a 3000 foot continuous ski descent off the iconic Buffalo Mountain, and one of the 50 Classic Ski Descents.
I drove out to Colorado with the idea I would boulder for a few days, then fly to Vancouver for a strike mission, then back to CO for my Alpine Guide Course. When I arrived I saw plenty snow still plastered the mountain tops. Lacking a ski partner, my friend Ian connected my with two of his friends who he said were crushers. We made a plan to ski Silver and met up the evening before to look at weather. Between the wild clouds, scenic summit, and party ski down excellent corn, it turned out to be an epic day.
