Why does the front 2 wheel of my pram fold in when I am for instance bumping it up/Down stairs?

It sounds like you have a fault if the chassis is folding when you do that! It should only fold in when the fold buttons are lifted. Or do you just mean that the swivel wheels are moving? They should do that if they aren't locked.

Hi Claire! No it does not - you would need either the Wave or Coast for this.

Can you fold the chassis with the pushchair seat on?

Hi Janete, no the Silver Cross Pacific is a 2 piece fold and can only be done with the seat removed.
