Very nice. This follows along exactly with the yields I've gotten. Mine have always averaged 200mg per keyboard (or 100mg per mylar) so about 13-14 cents (CDN) per keyboard. I realised quickly this is only really worth it on a VERY large scale. I also found it to be much more labour intensive than I expected. Cutting up and washing & rewashing all the mylar pieces is NOT fun. lol But as usual you've done an awesome job in showing the process and you got a great yield. Thanks again for your efforts.
Nice vidéo but here in France you uses something like 10 euros of chemical to recover 1.6 euro value. not a great deal!!! for 5 gram silver you need 6 gram hno3 so at 60% you could have done the job with less than 20 ml nitric. nevertheless i really appreciate your efforts. Great thanks to you and take care.
After watching this i throw the keyboards i got 😂. I think a single EPNS spoon of the higher grade has more silver in it than those 50 keyboards. But thank you for showing us !
Im just wondering if it is paying for acid? Still a pretty btton though what is that 5-6 bucks in silver? You know im just curious, can I get an estimate on cost of acids on this run? Love the video btw
bohemian mystik i hawe acid for 15_20 cent per kilo so it worth for me, but i your case:kilogram nitric can absorbe 300 gram of silver and more, so you calculate what is best for you!
I will never complain about free money. I still have over 400 keyboards to take apart. You can bet ill be saving the mylar from them. Do you know if you can remove the silver using bleach?
