There isn't much that I'd find noteworthy about this track when seen so freely, except for the bit of low-poly geometry that is rendered beyond the hairpin you can see from the tunnels. Obviously it's just very rough shapes that serve to guide the level designers on laying down the environment throughout the map, depending on the segment currently rendered.
The textures on the mountains that are visible at all times, I'm just speculating they are a photo, or inspired by one. Don't quote me on it o.o
Still impressive how much of the environment has to be rendered at once. Truly gives you a sense of scale.
