bubbatoad100 yea that's a common problem amongst most guys, you need to keep it pinned right up to the take off or you aren't going anywhere. Tbh most big jumps are more about having the balls to go for it, like 117 has, than being an incredibly experienced and skilled rider.
Experience comes from the landing. :) However, without the right setup, a lot of that speed is scrubbed at the base of the jump when the chassis bottoms out. Like a lot of the trucks and atv's did.
Nope haha. Check out my other videos in my profile of the weeks before. That jump was the last jump that truck did and was intended to end its life. I could have done better but the approach was too steep. I pulled the motor, trans and t-case the next day and the frame was so bent we almost couldn't get the motor to clear the firewall. What a blast that thing was!
i dont get why people like the guy at 2:20 jump off the bike. just stay on and let the suspension do its job. your probably going to still crash but there will be less of an impact since the suspension absorbs most of it
not really i broke my leg bailing off and a smaller double at the track but when i came up short on a 95 foot triple i only bruised my chest and knocked the wind out of my self
Yeah but in this situation he definitely should have stayed on. He didn't even try use his legs to absorb the impact. I really hope this guy's back is okay because if not he may have back problems for life. :\
If that G-out wasn't down there at the bottom I bet a lot more people would be clearing it. Looks like a fun place though. Might have to take a road trip lol
IN 2016-17 YOU HAVE A TON of FOOTAGE and REALLY AWESOME RACING ACTION of myself on my DRAG QUAD. WOULD YOU be able to skim through 2016-17 holiday wknds to make a HIGHLIGHT VID and ME PAY YOU FOR IT??
He's the only one that's making it though, if its a table there is a downslope and he has the perfect landing, everyone else is just casing it on the table.
