I think this game's ranks are pretty saturated right now due experienced players outnumbering new ones, I used to be gold/lower plat before but I'm stuck on bronze now coming back after 2 years. And I gotta say, bronze players DO NOT play like bronze anymore, they know the map, they know the strats and all so it's not an easy fight even in bronze anymore. Moreover, I disagree with your comment on "you need to think and play like the rank ahead of you", if someone in silver can think and play like gold, they'd be gold. It all comes down to knowing what to do and how to do better either by watching these videos (I really think you've good stuff here) or you learn them as you play more.

I've played with plat people who don't shoot cams or waste their drones. Almost half the games I play, I have to shoot the cams myself.

For some reason after watching this I ended up getting plat 3

Im really sick of playing ranked lately. Ive been playing since the end of year 1, hit gold 2 minimum but usually plat solo or duo every season. These last 3 seasons however, ill drop 12 to 16 kills every game, but still lose because my teammates with about 4 kills between them all. I get put with bronze level players against gold to plat players. Its so frustrating

I'm stuck in silver, but I only started playing 2 months ago, maybe a bit less, so I don't even really mind. Used to play Master on Overwatch so I'll probably get there on R6 someday, not in any rush, but video's like this definitely help me understand the game a bit better.

im usually plat every season but i cant get out of silver this season so far. every game im against 5 stacks, cheaters, and literally ex champ/diamond players. its insane. ive been in plat lobbies that were MILES easier than what ive dealt with this past week.

That last round I’d have used my HB on the closed hatch for sound cover. Dived out square window and upside down repelled on the window looking over defuse. Not looking into sight but making it hard, make em nervous. That way they would have to go lobby or run/jump out.

There have been a while since you've been in a low rank because it's literally all they do is look for drones

The best tip I can give defensively is too play outside in. That doesn’t mean deep roam on the other side of the map. Bit try to control as much of the map as possible. That could be a shallow roam (like staying on blue stairs on bank instead of on bomb) or it could just be anchoring but holding an powerful angle. You always want to put pressure on defenders, whether that is far away from the objective, really close or somewhere in between is up to you

Console truely seems to be an interesting place

I like to try to play like plat, but I got screamed cuz I did weird lines of sight in Villa and my teammate thought it was a good idea to stand in the corner os billiards.

Thats why i hating gold player, but only think help them with giving advice 😅 and strats. At same time let them be confident and don’t scream on gold player cause they losing confident and trust! As long they have the trust , no yelling, Saying nice try, understand your position and confident u will rank up atleast to plat! Above plat u need more than that! My fifth season and already hit plat cause of confident, trust, position, no yelling and if somone/ your mind saying nice try! My last advice is always learn your mistake! Don’t yelling your team cause when u lost the rank game is u and your team fault!
