obvious stuff so no need to talk about it unless you just want to compare it to other stuff then people start to cry about it. so really not worth mentioning really.
I feel that SS is being overlooked by marvel somewhat. Comic books fans know him but he is not as mainstream as I would like. I really hope he appears in the MCU.
This is the result of past 20-25 years , I grew up reading SS in 80s, and he was always something special, not just herald of Galactus. His power cosmic is molded with Norrin Radd's morality, soul purity, unknown to Galactus, so its difficult to gauge his real powers, they are essentially indeterminate
He will kinda be necessary becouse if I recall corectly, they anounced that galactus is comming to the MCU. And if there is galactus there will be silver surfer.
Silver Surfer: Black is simply breathtaking! The Kirby inspired art and masterful storytelling makes it an absolute must-read for comic book fans everywhere.
"It's madness it gets ridiculously insane, especially when we get to the involvement of Galactus.... WITH THAT SAID we're gonna bring this video to an end." so cruel Rob so cruel lol
The sad part for him is that, 9 times out of 10, all it ends up doing is making the opponents he encounters try to crush him like the bug they believe him to be. And then he ends up doing exactly what he wanted to avoid and mops the floor with them.
Imagine social distancing yourself so much that you fling yourself billions of years into the past, only to look down and see your hand look like that...
"Heteromorphic light glitters in the bedlam." That is the single most descriptive wording I could ever imagine someone writing about their experience of going through that dimensional rift.
Yeah I’m pretty sure the author used a thesaurus and didn’t pay enough attention. Light cannot be heteromorphic. It doesn’t have two “forms”. Especially not the way the word is intended for use. Photons don’t have a “life-cycle” therefore they can’t have a “form” from two different parts of a life cycle lol. If a photon did have a life cycle reality as we know it wouldn’t exist.
@@treadwell1917 Are photons infinite? Photons can be destroyed right? Couldnt a "Life cycle" be referring to a photon being stretched infinitely until its destroyed through that dimensional rift? Im curious on your take.
@@Platinum_Tugboat you could identify it’s creation and it’s “annihilation” as a life time but it would be to exact points. There wouldn’t be a life cycle. Only there and not. We’ve never seen a photon twice. So we can’t see two different forms of its life cycle if it has any. We’ve never measured the one way speed of light lol,
@@treadwell1917 it makes sense to me considering there were multiple lights that he saw in the "gravity well" which was the different suns he would come across
@@treadwell1917 also there are literally so many things in comics that don't add up to real life so its hard to try to add things up like that. 1. Its a comic. 2. Surfer has the power cosmic and is already able to sense and visually see things others cannot (example: he can see colors that we can't nor know exist) 3. Its a comic.
Silver Surfer is the most underrated hero of all time I swear... I hope the MCU does this character some much needed justice... Silver Surfer black was gold...
This is the ultimate clif hanger. I've never read silver surfer black. I guess I can pick up back issues at my lcs. Your the best rob!!! Keep up the great content!!
That begining when it's the black hole. If you read the current run of guardians, there are actually a few stories that branched out from the black hole, this being one of them.
This art style is trippy. Could take some getting used to, but I think it would grow on me quick if the stories good. I dig some of the design choices used. Gives an almost stained glass feel to the panels.
It looks normal if you're on an acid trip, I'm guessing. I see it as a style that artists not able to draw in correct proportions at angles style. Just an opinion. I may be wrong, but that is how I see it and can't get into it.
@@slingeroftruth I feel you. Different strokes for different folks. The jury is still out on my final opinion on this. Art style is such a major factor for me.
Does anyone else like the unique art style here? It's not overly realistic but very stylized. I know that some people probably aren't big fans of it but I don't know it's kinda refreshing. I enjoy it quite a bit.
Came up short on "robcore bingo" this episode. I had "Plays it fast and loose" and "By and large" but needed "Lemme tell you something," "Cliffhangers" and "the best thing coming outta..." Wasn't expecting the introduction of "Wonkers" though. Well played, Rob.
Sentry will come back i think... He can't be killed... And void is inside Knull so its possible Knull is more vulnerable cuz it's possible for void to damage Knull frm inside
Those old silver surfer comics were great remember when he left the hulk alone to be by himself he had so many feats and is top tier hitter in marvel for sure
