Something a little different .. from the jFiles. (I'm still updating the numbering system in the VNTPLA Vault).
I joined YT in 2008 when my son introduced me to 'RU-vid - Broadcast Yourself' while showing me his new iMac in Prague (c/w iPhoto and iMovie!). He helped me to order one as soon as I got home! Eventually I found a lot of talented folks from around the world who played the kind of music that I loved. ♡. Some of them have disappeared but others are now re-posting early songs... To quote one of them, 'Old/forgotten becomes new again'. Some are finding tunes on their old recording devices that they never posted in the first place so indeed they are new to us. YT has changed a lot (far too $commercial$ now) but it's still a way to share our music with 'old friends'.
This duet was my first upload to my julanenova channel on Mar 4 2010. It was recorded at my friend's house with my first digital camera (Kodak). I played my Fender 12-string and Joni played her little 'Heart' guitar and sang harmony. ¸ღ¸.•*¨*•♪♫.
It took me a while today to add some photos (taken by my son, Paul and myself) .. I had to re-acquaint myself with iMovie! You'll hear a few flat notes and only part of the song as it was just a test run. :) Hope you enjoy it anyway. Happy Spring to everyone!
