The masters players are also really underestimating the bronze players. Liken the fist attack there was no reason why the bap should have died there. He simply didn’t expect the bronze player to kill him.

Not gonna lie, even though the difference between 5v5 and 4v5 is pretty big, the amount of improvement from the silvers after just the first game is pretty neat. One heavy loss later, they're strategizing, using coms, peeling for each other, playing together, etc. Pretty great stuff.

I believe that a player that consistently plays against high ranked players will improve exponentially faster than lets say, a silver against a silver will improve. just facts, because you learn and adapt to their playstyle

@@Hexmeta Exactly! All my friends are way higher rank than me, and when I play with them I always feel like I’m not doing quite as good as everyone else. But as soon as I play alone, I notice I’m able to consistently pull ahead of others my rank probably because I usually play with people better than me.

@Agama yeah playing with and against superior players is how you speedrun learning a game. I think a lot of low elo people get stuck because they genuinely just don't know what good habits even look like

make two teams of masters/gm, say they are in silver/gold team and need not to be found. To spice it up: allow players to vote who is "secret" GM on the other team (they all are, but it should be hilarious to see the votes).

It was pretty confusing which team was which and which team was talking at times. Maybe u can have a border around the screen denoting the team and an icon to shows who’s talking?

I’m also assuming that whichever team they’re on is the one talking at that moment. However, it’s be cool to see which character is talking. Like have the team discord icons on either side.

I like how they polished the rules, giving chat the votes. Its interesting cuz chat is divided by people who want the underdogs to win by removing the mvp of the master team and others who wanna minimize the damage done to masters so the 4 & 3 person teams are optimized with the cream of the crop. There's also the people who vote for the most memorable or least memorable player cuz they don't care either way or didn't pay attention XD

would have to be a capture point realistically I think, so could be like after you win one point you lose a player which the other team votes on, if u win the 4v5 fair enough you got both points u win, but if you lose, then you get to take out one of there players so itd be 4v4 with most likely the best players gone

The issue with lower rank lobbies is you get one person who talks like me and then the rest act like they’re mic less till the end of the match and then they yell at you and blame you for everything even if you’re the only person putting out the right damage to get picks nope you’ll get yelled at and told you suck

+ you get people that pick widow, and think they can do what masters / gms can Yet they never really help mid fight, only before or after, when it mostly doesnt matter as enemy can just go together on point and roll.

@@MrAnbros naw you get people who pick junk rat or bastion and they sit there feeding the tank instead of killing supports and making the right calls then at the end of the game they have 10k dmg and 10 kills I got 5k damage 15 kills get I’m the issue

No, the worst thing about bronze and silver is that they have no sense of teamwork and don't see the opportunities. With the start of season 2, I went from Gold 5 DPS to Silver 5 (While I started Silver 3) and honestly, being in their lobby is depressing. Yesterday, I literally had a pacifist Reinhart staying in the backline. I engaged most fights, killed at least 1-2 on point before dying. And even with what I did, they still lost many 4 vs 3 And to think I have to go through this to get back to Gold...

Silvers being silent for majority of the game, that's pretty normal. And even when anyone speaks, it's either to complain or to moan about their death. When ranking from unranked, that's the usual experience

at 9:30 jay3 reacts as if you can't sleep doomfist after his ultimate. its been this way since overwatch 1. there's a small window after he lands where he is invincible, but the window is gone before he can move. if you time your sleep dart correctly you can sleep doomfist after he ults and before he can do anything about it.

Yeah my favorite is sleeping him mid punch. Played with friends on Lijiang command center and when you go in directly in front is those stairs. Enemy doomfist flew by punching main and I slept him. Was so satisfying and awesome. The other 90% of the time is just me missing my sleeps lol.

As a masters player, one BIG mistake I notice a lot of kiriko players do is they have absolutely no clue how to position their kitsune rush. People need to realize that kitsune rush is best when it's denying as many angles and as much space as possible. You would think the kiriko players in this rank (the top 3 percent) would understand this basic concept, but they don't and it's what makes the difference between a masters support and a GM support.

With the Silvers. Them not communicating. That basically simulated bad matchmaking QP. With a stack VSing solo's. You know how many times I've fired Ana's dart. If the sound goes off. That dart is out. But no. If you're stunned or the enemy is going into a state change like fist. It will not work. You have to wait when Fist can charge his punch. To fire dart. It's the same junk when you dart ball. You can't do it during when Slam is happening. Because the same reason. It will not register during that state change. POrjectiles are complete garbage in OW. But people rather blame replay not showing what's happening correctly. Riiiight.

If possible, get a one-trick bronze lobby (i.e players who one-tricked a single hero for more than 400 hours) against a higher ranked team. I suspect that they will only be stopped from diamond onwards.
