I actually waited outside the back alley of the Trocadero in Philly with my friends for about an hour and a half to meet the band on the This Is How the Wind Shifts tour back in February because the Troc has the "no re-entry" rule even though the show was over for about 30 minutes but we eventually did get to meet the band after about 90 minutes to maybe 2 hours and it was worth every second of waiting in the cold.

i knew i wasn't the only one who's life has been saved by this band. I will not go into detail. but my band is now signed. and these guys are the reason i make music. they saved my life through music. and now ive dedicated my entire life to helping people in the same way i was helped. if any of you are interested, search "the departure through my eyes" and you'll find our first professional music video we did a while back. But thank you Shane and the rest of Silverstein. I look up to you

Oh man.. I remember watching this when it first came out. I've been listening to them since waterfront but had never seen them live until 2015 because I never went to live concerts prior. I've seen them 3 times since (including warped tour) and I feel like this interview makes much more sense now.

This video, along with the one with Buddy Nielsen, are the only two BryanStars interviews that have made me cry. I've loved these bands since I was in 8th grade and still listen to them now that I'm a sophomore in college. Time flies by way too fast.

Its really weird...this interview was just like the one with Buddy Nielsen of Senses Fail They both talked about helping fans through depression, they both talked about not trying to be mainstream, they both had a crazy girl who used to stalk them, and they both had fans sneak onto their tour bus. :D Both Silverstein and Senses Fail are AWESOME! =P

the samething with a girl getting knocked out because of crowd surfing happened on september 26th when silverstein was in montreal. happened right in front of my eyes. I guess theyre getting used to it now.
