In June 2023, Silverstream Technologies' Founder & CEO Noah Silberschmidt was invited to present at the United Nations Open-ended Informal Consultative Process on Oceans and the Law of the Sea. Informing delegates about Silverstream's proven air lubrication technology, the Silverstream®️ System, Noah emphasised the role that regulators must play in accelerating the adoption of commercially viable vessel efficiency solutions, as the shipping industry pursues its net zero carbon emissions target. Noah also answered questions from the delegates about Silverstream's technology, covering topics including gathering reliable operational data, the reduction of hull fouling and underwater radiated noise (URN).
