Tonight we're going to test out SS2 on XBox One, I'm using an Xbox One S, so a little older model.
The goal is to help find optimal settings for the Xbox, identify any issues unique to Xbox, and of course enjoy playing through the mod once more!

Oh! At around 1:24:20, you answered Oscar's question about the ghouls in Hub of the Problem. I experienced this every time, as I use the D.E.C.A.Y. mod. Except... this last playthrough, the scene played out perfectly, and that mod is still in my load order. I did remove a couple others, but none that alter ghouls. It was pretty awesome having it play out so well. Maybe I used up all my luck for June on that one.

As a first time modder... should I wait? Are there any mods that do work?

I’ve had this issue multiple times, and I’m assuming it’s mainly too many entities. When I fast travel to GNN HQ, my game will start the Loading Screen but will then buffer and pause for an extended period of time with no immediate crashes. Background audio will still play, yet the screen remains frozen. Any suggestions on how I should proceed? This is on Xbox Series X by the way.

I'm having the same issue with that exact same thing with the mod and we've tried many times to just sit it out and sometimes it works but recently it just straight up crashes and it does absolutely nothing they really needs to be some kind of fix

You'll just have to wait. It can be about 30-40 minutes before the game actually loads

@josephdrake7094 Honestly, I kind of wished Bethesda never updated the game cause everything was working just fine beforehand.

@@Alucard171 preach it brother Bethesda really needs to get their crap together and actually put out a game that has a lot of content not half-assed and has a compelling story starfield almost reached that but it fell horribly horribly short and Bethesda can't help but not to do a good job with fallout even though they have the good but they can do better if they actually tried

Hay man how doing hay i have a question to ask about your mod do u think u can try put mod on ps5 and ps4 if not its ok i love sim settlements 2 best mkd u may i like 1 too let u know if u can put 1 or 2 sim settlements on ps4 or ps5 that be great aslo i hope your ok i know you probably don't know who i am thats ok i use to wich your videos on mod back on pc u was doing 😊

The GNN really needs to be fixed because you cannot continue on with the mods or anything and it's really aggravating either needs to be fixed or find someone to get through it

The same thing started happening to me after the 15 people I recruited started to build up the HQ. Once the HQ had so many rooms built up, going inside is impossible. My game just black screens during "loading screen" and eventually just freezes and crashes .

The stutters that you mentioned at the start of the video... I'm on PC, and get them all the time since the so-called Next Gen update. I haven't yet been able to figure out exactly when/why. The road between Concord and Red Rocket has several spots that seem to always stutter. Kind of awful how Bethesda could release this. ::(
