Simarouba has certain advantages as an Avenue tree as it is not grazed by cattle & goats, grows fast with a good crown.Leaf has saponins and used for washing wounds(leaf extract).Personally I found it useful for skin infections , (fungal).Better than using expensive cartisones ointment , which have side affects.
@@vidaripollen ;Yes , wash the skin with leaf extract and see the results.For washing wounds before dressing, bark extract is very effective.I am not a doctor, but a Botanist.CRRao
