These are pretty much the most accurate simlish lyrics I've ever seen. I mean, I don't know if they're the actual simlish words but like, DANG, you got it exactly how it sounds.
the best part is you just have to know the songs and you can just sing along with the lyrics without even knowing them! simlish is so awesome...they have to turn it into an actual language :)
The fact that this exists means someone is _actively_ fluent in Simolese Like there's making actual words for "Hey" "nice" and "gross" and then there's singing a whole song
This song is like a Rosetta Stone. It allowed us to finally see the translation from Egyptian to Greek, that allowed us to get to know the meaning of the Egyptian Hieroglyphs. And text in this song can be compared to its English counterpart, that would eventually let us know some Simlish words meaning and some expressions 😅
i'm not even kidding i'm sitting here deciphering simlish to this song... i have a feeling the lyrics in the chorus is a bit wrong, as it should be "caba hap tinap cou, fa it tinap mow" (literally meaning "because hot then cold, you're yes then no" - i've derived these words from other sources as well). however in the 3rd & 4th line it messes with my head because then she suddenly seems to sing 'tirae' instead of 'tinap' (aka 'because') (i know tinap can also be said tinip or ninap, but not this...), and she sings "nip & aw, nip & taw" which means "up & out, up & down"; 'in' is 'ip', so idk where that extra n is coming from... i'm also curious about the meaning of 'na' in simlish, as i've found it to mean a lot of things so far, like not, on, need and now... lmaooo i'm wondering if there's even this much thought behind the language lol, maybe some inaccuracies exist bc it's literally a fictional language... being a nerd really brings interesting things to your life lol
Hahaha I am digging through Simlish too. I have made several videos to hopefully learn Simlish through Simlish music. :) Check it out if you are interested. More to come :) ru-vid.com/group/PLA7gmzgzWwLGl9zzhVNN5yNlf-tlqFOh7
After listening to this dozens of times when I go to sing hot or cold I have to consciously make an effort to not start swapping between english and simlish
this is how 8 year old me would listen to hannah montanas intro (i speak spanish and im from latin america, i only learnt english properly when i was 17)
