🌐 VTOL UAS Simulation with Google Earth Terrain Model
Soon, the SIMNET UAS simulation platform will integrate Google Earth's photo-realistic worldwide terrain model. This enhancement will enable UAS simulation within high-fidelity 3D models of any global location.
This video features the Great Shark VTOL airframe in a simulated flight over Miami's skyline, with turn-key ArduPilot SITL and the new terrain model. PX4 and other FCs are also supported.
