All these acts were great but it's Terry and Simon's interaction and emotion that I will soon not forget. Terry seems like a very good man, and Simon has slowly shown the world that he has a big heart and a passion for talent. Wonderful 37.5 minutes and so worth seeing. Cheers
You were so right Simon, she affected everyone who watched her performance with her charm, beauty, her voice was amazing! We all miss her Simon and we all Know how much you felt for her! She is greatly missed world wide! But you know what - she left her mark on the world!
I couldn't watch Nightbirde's audition for ages after I learned what happened but then of course, I realised I was dismissing her whole legacy and me not watching because it's "too sad" was exactly what she wouldn't have wanted so I finally watched it. I can't believe how strong she was and that is the most powerful statement I have ever seen
Terry letting the flood gates open for the choir is still one my fav moments. Its literally just uplifting to seeing young ones that come from the same background, area, all that extra stuff as you doing good and better
Grace Vanderwall = Star Girl.(I totally pegged this)Christmas in Vienna. (I learned)... Awesome stories to see. So glad she got her foot in the door on this Talent show (I've seen 10,000s that didn't) Freaking Awesome! Edt:(Ooops, wrong part of thread)... Choir made me(M54) cry for joy.
I always burst into tears with Nightbird, she was so inspirational, so pure, such a beautiful soul and she didn't deserve to leave this world so soon. But, now she is a true Nightbird and her song will always be heard in the wind. Rest in peace you incredible girl
@@ellencaldwell676 I have a feeling she is in a better place now. A place where there is no more pain, no more suffering and where The Lamb wipes away every tear. Her demeanor and the peace she had in that moment makes me think she is in Heaven.
She knew her time was short. And she WENT for it! She LIVED until her last moment. She decided to be alive, until she left. And Mandy....Ludwig wrote his best stuff AFTER he went deaf. Mandy impressed me.
I’ve been dealing with my own health issues recently. Anytime I’m feeling down, I watch Nightbirde’s audition. Her purpose remind’s me of how fragile & beautiful life actually is. RIP Beautiful 💕
Kodi lee’s audition was amazing and I love how it was pin drop silence until the end and then it erupted into clapping! Darcy is such an act! She’s amazing for someone her age. I still don’t know how she does it Nightbirde was an amazing act as she taught a lot of us with her life. She touched a lot of us! 😢
Every time I see Nightbird's performance I get choked up. It's also terrifying because she was absolutely glowing, you would never know she was going to die like that by looking at her.
She died. We all will. Doesn't always show physically bro but we all are going to die at some point. What's sad is that she had a dream, talent and was of young age. Death don't care about being fair and justice...
@@martinberglund1065 omg wait what? We’re all going to die?? Thank you SO much for explaining that to me! Wow, what would people do without your deep understanding of the way life works?!
This is the first time I've seen her audition and I'm a mess, to see her for the first time, so beautiful and so talented and to know she's no longer with us, really got to me.
The Golden buzzer on AGT for her song “It’s OK”was so well deserved by beautiful singer and songwriter Nightbirdie. Unfortunately, just after the audition her health take a turn to the worse and she resigned herself from the competition. She died from cancer on February, 2022. She was only 32 year old. Her talent, her strength, her beauty, her words…, her everything is such an inspiration for all of us. Such a sad story…
Sad yes, yet at the same time powerful, beautiful, and even in the face of death, it was life giving and life affirming. Nightbirde is gone now, but her impact will be remembered for a lonnngg, lonngg time.
You can not have many singers they bring so much joy to the world and it does not have to be in English all languages work their magic and make us smile
If I could have one gift in life it would be to have a great singing voice. Not for the possible earning potential, but just for the experience and joy that it brings into this world.
Nightbride... Just love her.... I cries everytime... my mom died from cancer and my sister is a survivior of cancer... Jane is a beautiful star... RIP beautiful soul
I cried when I heard Nightbirde sing her song "it's okay" on America's Got Talent. Now she's dead, but we have to take care of each other as a human being. No war to our planet. I prefer love to the mankind ❤️
Absolutely! The change in him was like a curtain being opened. I adore Leon Russell's songwriting and music skills, so this was a double whammy for me. He's brilliant. And so is his Mum
Susan Gass - Without knowing you, I can still tell that YOU are amazing as well. Autistic children need a champion to help them discover and nurture their very special gifts, and you've obviously done that. Maybe we'll see your daughter on the stage sometime!
These absolutely are the best of the best. It must have been extremely difficult to identify these performers, but you were spot-on with your choices. When Terry greeted Nightbirde off-stage after her performance he said "YOU are the voice we all needed to hear this year" and I'll never forget that. After three years of isolation, quarantines, masks, laws, mandates.....................Nightbirde stepped onto the stage and released every one of us from the isolation, hopelessness and boredom that we thought would never return to normal That young lady is WISE way beyond her years. Her outlook on life put me to shame - "You can't wait until life isn't hard any more before you decide to be happy". AND "I have a 2% chance of living. But 2% isn’t 0% and I just wish everyone knew how amazing that is.” How does someone find HOPE in a 2% chance of living? And Kodie is just as amazing. I don't know what I was expecting from him while he got himself ready, but whatever it was, it was miles short of what Kodie actually delivered.
Kodi is proof the Lord works in mysterious ways! What a beautiful miracle this man is! I listened to this over and over didn't even care about the rest of the video! Cody sending a huge hug I love you♥️ Not enough adjectives to describe what I heard perfect song choice too👍
darcy is EPIC!! can´t get enough of her. i´m happy that she made a career out of this. and i´m still sad about nightbirde :( she didn´t deserve cancer. nobody does. she was a beautiful & talented human being.
This has to be All Time Favorite of AGT, Simon Cowel deserves Accolades for all the talent he has brought to All of us we would have never seen before nor would we ever see.
Jane...Nightbirde; you shared your beautiful spirit on earth and blessed us forever with this performance, your presence, wisdom, voice and beauty. Passed from our presence you are an absolute angel in heaven and you bless heaven with your beautiful voice and spirit forever.. There was just something about you that spoke to me....xxx
Janes voice is literally like listening to an angel and she was glowing on that stage. She looked like an angel now she is one. I hope she is resting peacefully.
Again God gives us talents she is God,s examples for us to follow no matter our limits in life try to reach the sky and God always cone through for us like her
I really loved Kodi Lee. It was great that also that he got the buzzer as he could see and feel that gold falling, as well as the judges going to say hello. He rightly deserved that gold and to win
Night birde wasn't here for very long , but she was here long enough to give people a way to come out of a lock down and people who have lost loved ones and masks. Terry Crews was right she was the voice we needed after all that. When she taught us we she was sent to teach us she left and left an indelible mark on us all.
I love watching talented people getting recognised for their beautiful gifts. I think we should all continue to celebrate each other for our individual strengths.
Darci Lynn is actually the one who made me the most emotional. It was incredible to see and I am someone who struggles with severe social anxiety and has used puppets and teddies to express myself
Although I have watched each and every one of these incredible beings doing their original auditions over the years, nothing in my 74 years on this planet came close to the cocktail of joy, emotions and tears this intensely best 37 minutes of entertainment gave me. This show has bought so much pleasure into my life.
Rip nightbrid so much love and respect for you lady , you live on in us forever every time I hear this ( my son passed in 2015) it makes me think every thing will be ok
Great resurrection on the future cards for all loved ones who have passed... You will see them all again... Account of Lazarus in the Bible assures us...
I'm very glad Nightbirde came to Agt. Even though she is no more today, she'll forever be an inspiration to me. May her soul continue to rest in perfect peace!!
Sitting emotional with these two. Thank you for sharing this special moment of reflection. Thank you for letting us in and share our feelings and remembering it’s ok to be SELF. Rip night bird x
Jane's is definitely the most heartbreaking one of all. I think we all feel robbed that we did not get to see much more of her in the years to come but knowing that she is finally at peace in Heaven where there is no more pain nor sorrow or suffering gives me great solace.
So when I saw this and she finished. The audience was quite for a moment and she looked around like, oh no, they didn't like it. But....... so untrue we were just, what I call stuck in amazement. And the you could she the relief on her face when the crowd erupted in roaring approval. I loved her positive way of looking at things. She will be missed. Oh by the way I never met her in person.
I doubt that any of us that witnessed that miracle talent will ever forget it!!! I trust that he is able to continue expressing himself in that amazing way. Thank you Cody for sharing yourself with all of us!!!!
Jane will be walking in the Glory of the Lord, who she knew. Many people need to find Him before they pass. She did! So special, every single one of us.
I love them all. When I watched Nightbirde I got so emotional and cried right along with Simon. I loved her and everything she stood for. Such a good soul and a kind lady. I think of Nightbirde often and listen to her song "It's Okay". I remember those beautiful words that come out of her mouth about being happy. I always think of Valerie Harper when she said "don't go to the funeral until the day of the funeral". Live your life to the fullest and be happy. Wow...I loved this video Simon Cowell. Thank you!
I couldn't believe how much talent Kodie has I have gopse bubbles every time I see and hear him and the tears pI couldn't stop running down. God bless you Kodie you have my golden buzzer you so well deserve
Tears all the way through… absolutely beautiful & amazing, completely touched my heart strings… every single performance was spectacular in its own right ♥️
it is said that when a performance get to the threshold of being a magical moment, after the performance ends you have this silence before the applause. I guess we all could see Nightbirde's performance ending like that ! Thank you for this moment in time !!! With it and the hope you gave to so many people, you'll be remembered for years and years to come ! Rest in peace
Without This Platform, the evolution of this movement, wouldn't have been possible .The home grown movement has been born, and Simion Cowell, work and vision has been realised.
Thank you ever so MUCH RU-vid for one of the best edited editions you created for us to watch, so emotional and great viewing of the past performers! FABULOUS! Thank you!!!
Nightbirde's audition is one that I will never forget. Thank you Jane for getting up on that stage and may all your dreams now come true on that big stage in the sky.
