Simon is the most underrated RU-vidr out there. He makes amazing travel content and I’d recommend anyone who hasn’t seen him to watch his Rat Race series where he got 5 subscribers and dropped them in a field in Holland and told them to race from there to Monaco with no money starting each day and no phones or anything on them, it’s one of the best series on RU-vid easily
I don’t know Simon personally but I know Immanuel who knows Simon well, and genuinely Simon is an absolute genuine guy there’s no putting it on for the camera he is what you see. Just a great guy
Simon Wilson also uses 'genuine' a lot. His videos are great, the one across the US was really good and the one he visited all 7 continents was a proper challenge.
Your common sense is a bit weak, you didn’t saw the realities on the ground. You didn’t welling to prepare a genuine report, you didn’t welling to capture the terrorist Taliban cruelties in camera. You adjusted yourself according to Taliban roles. So, if you be submitted to terrorist practice norms there, you might not face any issue.

A lot of it is that they’re huge fans of hip hop believe it or not, and they have this somewhat correct view that black Americans also hate and feel oppressed by the US Govt so they give them a pass and respect. Isis on the other hand didn’t care and just killed everyone

The genuine RU-vidr or reporter who can’t compromise with terrorist Taliban norms on the ground couldn’t stay much there. If you want to prepare a genuine report or capture the cruelties of terrorists on camera you can’t stay there. But if you try to prepare fake reports for $$ and show the situation normal there, the terrorist Taliban support you to use you a lobbies to the world eyes. I didn’t see any real report on the Afghanistan ground by a RU-vidr. All their reports are in favour of Taliban. I praise Simon for conveying the realities of Afghanistan to those who interested to a have visit to Afghanistan.

@@hearditb4mate there's like 5 plus you tubers who've managed weeks in Afghanistan. Simon either fucked his visa or committed a big no no. I've just returned from 3 weeks backpacking.. The taliban have no interest in hassling westerners, they know kidnap is pointless and they are trying to present their country in a more positive way hence they've opened the borders and hand out visa's to westerners. The main concern for tourists is Islamic state.
