The joy in her face was infectious this Olympic cycle and it was so lovely to see she was in a better place mentally and physically. I’m a Simone fan for life. Success to me is dusting yourself off and trying again, never giving up, and keeping your head up on good days and bad. I’m beyond proud of her journey.

She said that on her way to getting the gold Medal, she shocked the whole world with her performance, and when she did interviews, she was so poised she was just a normal person like everyone else. I give her mad props for doing what she does best and that is getting moves that only she could and then getting those moves named by her.

I simply don't enjoy her. I can appreciate her athletic abilities, but she's utterly lacking in grace
